Claims (9)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上部に備わった第1電極と、
前記第1電極の上部に備わり、前記第1電極と対向された第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に介在された、発光層を含んだ中間層と、
前記基板と前記第1電極との間または前記第2電極の上部のうち、少なくともいずれか一ヵ所に備わる色変換層またはカラーフィルタ層と、
前記第1電極及び前記第2電極のうち前記色変換層またはカラーフィルタ層との距離が近い電極と一体に形成されて、前記色変換層またはカラーフィルタ層と対向する側に複数の集光用マイクロレンズよりなるマイクロレンズ層とを具備することを特徴とする電界発光ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記発光層は、青色の光を放出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記色変換層は、前記発光層から放出された光を赤色、緑色または青色の光に変換させる層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記発光層は、白色の光を放出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記カラーフィルタ層は、前記発光層から放出された光を赤色、緑色または青色の光が透過するようにフィルタリングする層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記色変換層またはカラーフィルタ層は、前記基板と前記第1電極との間に備わることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記色変換層またはカラーフィルタ層は、前記第2電極の上部に備わることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記色変換層またはカラーフィルタ層は、前記基板と前記第1電極との間及び前記第2電極の上部にそれぞれ備わることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記マイクロレンズ層の集光用マイクロレンズは、凸レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光ディスプレイ装置。
