Claims (7)
- 被測定試料の所定領域に励起光を照射する励起光照射光学系と、
前記励起光照射光学系により励起光が照射された前記被測定試料の前記所定領域内の蛍光分子から発生した蛍光を結像する蛍光結像光学系と、
前記蛍光結像光学系により結像された蛍光の像面位置に設けられ相互に交わる第1の方向及び第2の方向に沿って複数の画素が2次元的に配列された光検出面を有するとともに、前記光検出面に入射した蛍光を前記各画素毎に光電変換し、光電変換により発生した電荷を前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向に転送して出力端から検出信号として出力する検出器と、
前記光検出面に配列された全ての前記画素の中から、前記光検出面における前記蛍光結像光学系により結像された蛍光の入射領域に応じて選択された一部の画素からなる画素群に属する画素からの前記検出信号を入力し、該検出信号のそれぞれについて自己相関関数を求める解析部と、
前記励起光照射光学系により前記被測定試料の前記所定領域に照射される励起光を該被測定試料に対して走査させる走査手段と、
を備え、
前記走査手段はガルバノミラーであるとともに、前記ガルバノミラーは、前記励起光照射光学系と前記蛍光結像光学系とで共通に設けられ、前記被測定試料で発生した蛍光は、前記ガルバノミラーにより反射され、前記検出器の前記光検出面における前記蛍光の入射領域に結像されることを特徴とする蛍光相関分光解析装置。 - 前記光検出面において、前記画素群は、その領域が前記蛍光の入射領域と一致するように選択されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光相関分光解析装置。
- 前記検出器は、前記第1の方向に転送される電荷を前記画素から受け取って蓄積し、蓄積した電荷を前記第2の方向に転送する水平転送レジスタと、前記各画素及び前記水平転送レジスタに対して電荷を転送するための転送信号を出力する転送制御手段とを有し、
前記転送制御手段は、前記画素群に属さない画素で発生した電荷が前記第1の方向に重ね合わされて前記水平転送レジスタに蓄積された後に前記第2の方向に転送され、且つ前記画素群に属する画素で発生した電荷が前記第1の方向に一段毎に蓄積されて前記第2の方向に転送されるように、前記転送信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蛍光相関分光解析装置。 - 前記転送制御手段は、
前記画素群に属する画素に前記転送信号を出力して、前記画素群に属する画素で発生した電荷を前記第1の方向に転送させるとともに、
前記第2の方向に沿う一の段の画素が前記画素群に属する画素を含むものである場合には、前記一の段の画素で発生した電荷が前記水平転送レジスタに転送される前の段において前記水平転送レジスタに対して前記転送信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の蛍光相関分光解析装置。 - 前記第2の方向に沿う一の段の画素が前記画素群に属する画素と前記画素群に属さない画素とを含むものである場合に、
前記転送制御手段は、前記一の段の前記画素群に属する画素に対応する前記水平転送レジスタから電荷が掃き出されて新たな電荷を受け入れ可能となっている場合には、前記一の段の画素に対して前記転送信号を出力することにより電荷を前記水平転送レジスタへ転送させることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の蛍光相関分光解析装置。 - 前記検出器は、前記各画素で発生した電荷を蓄積し、蓄積した電荷を前記第1の方向に転送する第1電荷蓄積素子と、前記第1の方向に転送された電荷を前記第1電荷蓄積素子から受け取って蓄積し、蓄積した電荷を前記第2の方向に転送する第2電荷蓄積素子とを有し、
前記転送制御手段は、前記第1電荷蓄積素子及び前記第2電荷蓄積素子に対して電荷を転送するための転送信号を出力し、
前記第2の方向に沿う一の段の画素が前記画素群に属する画素と前記画素群に属さない画素とを含むものである場合に、
前記転送制御手段は、前記一の段の前記画素群に属する画素に対応する前記第2電荷蓄積素子から電荷が掃き出されて新たな電荷を受け入れ可能となっている場合には、前記一の段の画素に対応する前記第1電荷蓄積素子に対して前記転送信号を出力することにより電荷を前記第2電荷蓄積素子へ転送させることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光相関分光解析装置。 - 前記光検出面に対して前記画素群に属さない画素で発生した電荷を掃き捨てさせるための電子シャッタ信号を出力する電子シャッタ信号出力手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光相関分光解析装置。
