Description
〔1〕下記化学式(1)(2)で示される界面活性剤の1種または2種以上を添加した水溶液を電解液として用いる電気化学的還元法によって金属ナノロッドを製造して金属ナノロッド水分散液とし、上記界面活性剤を溶解する離脱液および非水系分散剤の存在下で、上記金属ナノロッド水分散液を有機溶媒に混合して金属ナノロッドを有機溶媒に移行させ、該有機溶媒を分離し、余剰の有機溶媒を除去して金属ナノロッド濃縮液とし、これを溶媒を加えた樹脂に混合して導電性ペーストを製造することを特徴とする方法。

〔2〕窒素原子および/または硫黄原子を含有する非水系分散剤を用いる上記[1]に記載する製造方法。
〔3〕上記[1]の製造方法において、導電性ペーストに代えて配線材料を製造する方法。
〔4〕上記[1]の製造方法において、導電性ペーストに代えて電極材料を製造する方法。
〔5〕上記[1]の製造方法において、導電性ペーストに代えて導電性インクを製造する方法。
本発明は、下記化学式(1)(2)で示される界面活性剤の1種または2種以上を添加した水溶液を電解液として用いる電気化学的還元法によって金属ナノロッドを製造して金属ナノロッド水分散液とし、上記界面活性剤を溶解する離脱液および非水系分散剤の存在下で、上記金属ナノロッド水分散液を有機溶媒に混合して金属ナノロッドを有機溶媒に移行させ、該有機溶媒を分離し、余剰の有機溶媒を除去して金属ナノロッド濃縮液とし、これを溶媒を加えた樹脂に混合して導電性ペースト、配線材料、または電極材料を製造する方法である。

本発明の導電性ペースト等は、アスペクト比(長軸/短軸比)が1より大きいロッド状金属微粒子である金属ナノロッドを含有する。例えば、長軸が400nm未満、好ましくは30〜300nmであって、アスペクト比が100以下、好ましくは2〜10である金属ナノロッドを含有する。長軸が400nmよりも大きく、またアスペクト比が100より大きいと金属ナノロッドが相互に絡まって凝集体を生じやすくなる。

- 下記化学式(1)(2)で示される界面活性剤の1種または2種以上を添加した水溶液を電解液として用いる電気化学的還元法によって金属ナノロッドを製造して金属ナノロッド水分散液とし、上記界面活性剤を溶解する離脱液および非水系分散剤の存在下で、上記金属ナノロッド水分散液を有機溶媒に混合して金属ナノロッドを有機溶媒に移行させ、該有機溶媒を分離し、余剰の有機溶媒を除去して金属ナノロッド濃縮液とし、これを溶媒を加えた樹脂に混合して導電性ペーストを製造することを特徴とする方法。
