Description
メタクリル酸エステル系重合体(A)が、不飽和カルボン酸またはその誘導体0.1〜10重量%、メタクリル酸アルキルエステル50〜99.9重量%およびアクリル酸アルキルエステル0〜49.9重量%を含む単量体混合物を重合することにより得られ、
アクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)が、アクリル酸アルキルエステル50〜100重量%およびメタクリル酸アルキルエステル50〜0重量%を含む単量体混合物(b)および、1分子あたり2個以上の非共役二重結合を有する多官能性単量体を共重合することにより得られ、かつ、
メタクリル酸エステル系重合体(A)をアクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)の存在下において重合することにより得られるメタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)からなるアクリルフィルム(請求項1)、
(1)アクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)の平均粒子径が300〜3000Åであり、(2)メタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)中のアクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)の含有率が5〜60重量%であり、(3)メタクリル酸エステル系重合体(A)のアクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)へのグラフト率が30〜250%であり、かつ、(4)メタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)のメチルエチルケトン可溶分の還元粘度が0.2〜0.8dl/gを満たす請求項1記載のアクリルフィルム(請求項2)、
請求項1または2記載のフィルムを積層した積層品(請求項3)、および
射出成形により製造される請求項3記載の積層品(請求項4)に関する。
MAA:メタクリル酸
BA:アクリル酸ブチル
MMA:メタクリル酸メチル
CHP:クメンハイドロパーオキサイド
tDM:ターシャリドデシルメルカプタン
AlMA:メタクリル酸アリル
攪拌機付き8L重合装置に、以下の物質を仕込んだ。
脱イオン水 200部
ジオクチルスルフォコハク酸ナトリウム 0.25部
ソディウムホルムアルデヒドスルフォキシレ−ト 0.15部
エチレンジアミン四酢酸−2−ナトリウム 0.001部
硫酸第一鉄 0.00025部
重合機内を窒素ガスで充分に置換し実質的に酸素のない状態とした後、内温を60℃にし、表1中(1)に示した単量体混合物(B)<すなわち、BA90%およびMMA10%からなる単量体混合物100%に対し、AlMA1%およびCHP0.1%からなる単量体混合物>30部を10部/時間の割合で連続的に添加し、添加終了後、さらに0.5時間重合を継続し、アクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)を得た。重合転化率は99.5%であった。
単量体組成を表1のように変更した以外は、製造例1と同様に重合を行い、凝固、水洗、乾燥して樹脂粉末(2)〜(8)を得、さらに溶融混練を行い、ペレット化した。
ただし、製造例(9)では重合中にラテックスが凝集した為、樹脂粉体(9)が得られず、ペレット化およびフィルム化ができず、フィルム物性を評価できなかった。
最初に仕込むジオクチルスルフォコハク酸ナトリウムおよび単量体組成を表1のように変更した以外は、製造例1と同様に重合を行い、ジオクチルスルフォコハク酸ナトリウム量の変更によりラテックスの平均粒子径を変更した樹脂を得、凝固、水洗、乾燥して、樹脂粉末(10)〜(13)を得、さらに溶融混練を行い、ペレット化した。
製造例で得られたペレットを、Tダイ付き40ミリφ押出機を用いて、ダイス温度240℃で成形し、厚み100μmのフィルムを得た。
得られたメタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)ラテックスを、熱風乾燥機内にて120℃で1時間乾燥して固形成分量を求め、固形成分量/仕込み単量体量×100(%)により重合転化率(%)を算出した。
得られたアクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)ラテックスを固形分濃度0.02%となるように希釈したものを試料として、分光光度計(HITACHI製、Spectrophotometer U−2000)を用いて546nmの波長での光線透過率より、平均粒子径を求めた。
得られたメタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)パウダー1gを、メチルエチルケトン40mlに溶解させ、遠心分離機(日立工機社製、CP60E形)を用い、30000rpmおよび1時間の条件で不溶分と可溶分に分離した。得られた不溶分をグラフト分として、
グラフト率(%)={不溶分の重量−ゴム状重合体(B)重量}/ゴム状重合体(B)重量×100により、グラフト率を算出した。
得られたメタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)パウダー1gを、メチルエチルケトン40mlに溶解させ、遠心分離機(日立工機社製、CP60E形)を用い、30000rpmおよび1時間の条件で不溶分と可溶分に分離した。得られた可溶分を0.3重量%になるように、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミドに溶解させて、30℃における粘度を、ウベロード粘度計を使用して測定した。
得られたフィルムの透明性は、JIS K6714に準じて、温度23℃±2℃および湿度50%±5%にて、ヘイズを測定した。
得られたフィルムの鉛筆硬度は、JIS S−1005に準じて測定した。
得られたフィルムを1回、180度折り曲げて、折り曲げ部の変化を目視で評価した。
○:割れが認められない。
×:割れが認められる。
フィルム成形を3時間連続して行い、運転状況を観察し、以下の基準により評価した。
○:フィルムの厚みが均一で、切れずに成形できる。
×:フィルムの厚みが不均一またはフィルム切れが発生する。
得られたフィルムを電子線照射アルミ蒸着機(ULVAC社製、EBH−6)を用いて、室温、蒸着膜厚さ13Å/秒、真空度1.4torr以下の条件でアルミ蒸着し、アルミ蒸着層を粘着テープ(日東電工包装システム社製、布粘着テープ、No.750)で剥がした時のフィルムとの密着性を目視で評価した。
○:蒸着層に剥がれが認められない。
×:蒸着層に剥がれが認められる。
Claims (6)
- メタクリル酸エステル系重合体(A)が、不飽和カルボン酸またはその無水物0.1〜10重量%、メタクリル酸アルキルエステル50〜99.9重量%およびアクリル酸アルキルエステル0〜49.9重量%を含む単量体混合物を重合することにより得られ、
アクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)が、アクリル酸アルキルエステル50〜100重量%およびメタクリル酸アルキルエステル50〜0重量%を含む単量体混合物(b)および、1分子あたり2個以上の非共役二重結合を有する多官能性単量体を共重合することにより得られ(ただし、単量体混合物(b)100重量部に対して、前記多官能性単量体の添加量が0.05〜20重量部である)、かつ、
メタクリル酸エステル系重合体(A)をアクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)の存在下において重合することにより得られるメタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)からなり、メタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)中のアクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)の含有率が5〜50重量%である、
アクリルフィルム。 - (1)アクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)の平均粒子径が300〜3000Åであり、
(2)メタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)中のアクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)の含有率が5〜40重量%であり、
(3)メタクリル酸エステル系重合体(A)のアクリル酸エステル系架橋弾性体粒子(B)へのグラフト率が30〜250%であり、かつ、
(4)メタクリル系樹脂組成物(C)のメチルエチルケトン可溶分の還元粘度が0.2〜0.8dl/g
を満たす、請求項1記載のアクリルフィルム。 - 前記アクリルフィルムの厚みが5〜200μmである請求項1又は2記載のアクリルフィルム。
- 積層品において用いるための請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載にアクリルフィルム。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルムを積層した積層品。
- 射出成形により製造される請求項5記載の積層品。
