Description
(A)反応性ケイ素基を有する有機重合体、および
(B)1分子中に、1個のソフトセグメントと、芳香族ビニル系単量体の構造単位を有する1個以上のハードセグメントを含有するブロック共重合体
からなる硬化性組成物を提供する。
−(SiR1 2-bXbO)m−SiR2 3-aXa (1)
(式中R1およびR2は同一であっても異なってもよく、それぞれ炭素数1から20のアルキル基、炭素数5から20のシクロアルキル基、炭素数6から20のアリール基、炭素数7から20のアラルキル基または(R′)3SiO−で示されるトリオルガノシロキシ基を示し、R1またはR2が二個以上存在するとき、それらは同一であっても異なっていてもよい。ここでR′は炭素数1から20の一価の炭化水素基であり、3個のR′は同一であっても異なっていてもよい。Xは水酸基または加水分解性基を示し、Xが二個以上存在する時、それらは同一であっても異なっていてもよい。aは0、1、2または3を、bは0、1、または2をそれぞれ示す。またm個の(SiR1 2-bXbO)基におけるbについて、それらは同一であっても異なっていてもよい。mは0から19の整数を示す。但し、a+Σb≧1を満足するものとする)で表される基があげられる。
−SiR2 3-aXa (2)
(式中、R2、Xは前記と同じ。aは1〜3の整数)で表される反応性ケイ素基が、入手が容易であるので好ましい。
−R3−O− (3)
(式中、R3は炭素数1〜14の直鎖状もしくは分岐アルキレン基である。)で示される繰り返し単位を有する重合体である。該重合体は、繰り返し単位(3)以外の単量体単位を30重量%以下、好ましくは10重量%以下含有していてもよい。一般式(3)におけるR3は、分岐状アルキレン基が好ましく、アルキレン基の炭素数は2〜4がさらに好ましい。一般式(3)で示される繰り返し単位の具体例としては、以下のものが挙げられる。
反応性ケイ素基を有する飽和炭化水素系重合体は、たとえば特公平4−69659号、特公平7−108928号、特開昭63−254149号、特開昭64−22904号、特開平1−197509、特許公報第2539445号、特許公報第2873395号、特開平7−53882号の各明細書などに記載されている方法によって製造できるが、特にこれらに限定されるものではない。
(反応性ケイ素基を有する有機重合体の合成)
アリルエーテル基を分子末端に導入した平均分子量16000(ポリスチレン換算)のポリオキシプロピレン800gを攪拌機付耐圧反応容器に入れ、塩化白金酸触媒(塩化白金酸六水和物)1×10-4[eq/ビニル基]を加えた。次いでメチルジメトキシシラン1.1[eq/ビニル基]を加えた後、90℃で2時間反応させた。得られたポリマーをポリマーAとする。
表1に示す処方にしたがって各種配合剤を混練し、1液型硬化性組成物を作製した。
下に示す方法にしたがって硬化性組成物の接着性を評価した。
コンクリート基材(ASTM C794規定のコンクリート基材)、屋根防水用EPDMラバーシート、屋根防水用PVCシート、建築用カイナー塗装(フッ素樹脂塗装)鋼板および建築用アクリル板へ上記硬化性組成物をビード状(幅約1〜2cm、厚さ1cm未満)に塗布し、23℃、50%R.H.の恒温恒湿室で7日間養生した。その後硬化物と基材の間にナイフで切れ目を入れ、硬化物を引き剥がして接着状態を観察した。

Claims (7)
- (A)反応性ケイ素基を有する有機重合体、および
(B)1分子中に、1個のソフトセグメントと、芳香族ビニル系単量体の構造単位を有する1個以上のハードセグメントを含有するブロック共重合体からなり、
成分(A)の有機重合体の主鎖が、ポリオキシアルキレン系重合体であり、
成分(A)100重量部に対して成分(B)の量が2〜50重量部であり、
成分(A)の反応性ケイ素基が、トリメトキシシリル基、トリエトキシシリル基、トリイソプロポキシシリル基、ジメトキシメチルシリル基、ジエトキシメチルシリル基およびジイソプロポキシメチルシリル基からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、有機重合体分子鎖の末端のみにある硬化性組成物を用いた接着剤。 - 成分(B)のソフトセグメントが、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、エチレン/ブチレン共重合体、エチレン/プロピレン共重合体およびポリイソブテンよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1記載の接着剤。
- 成分(B)のソフトセグメントが、エチレン/ブチレン共重合体、エチレン/プロピレン共重合体およびポリイソブテンよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1記載の接着剤。
- 成分(B)の1分子中のハードセグメント数が1〜4である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 可塑剤または有機溶媒を成分(C)として含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 前記可塑剤または有機溶媒が、芳香族系または脂肪族系化合物である請求項5記載の接着剤。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の接着剤であって、モルタル、コンクリート、フッ素樹脂、EPDMラバー、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、アクリル樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の基材用接着剤。
