Description

Claims (6)
- 基部(2)、該基部(2)に摺動可動に取り付けられた摺動部(5)、及び二個のローラー対(8,10;9,11または20,22;21,23)を含む、ロボットアームに固定するためのローラー折畳ヘッドにおいて、各ローラー対(8,10;9,11または20,22;21,23)は、押圧ローラーと対向ローラーとから成り、共働して、フランジ(32)を折り畳み線に沿って、一定の角度折り曲げることができ、該押圧ローラー(8,9または20,21)は該摺動部(5)に回転可能に配置され、更に、前記基部(2)に対して可動とされた第二の摺動部(12)を備えており、一つのローラー対(9,11)の第二の対向ローラー(11)が基部(2)に不動に回転可能に配置され、別のローラー対(8,10)の第一の対向ローラー(10)が、前記第二の摺動部(12)に回転可能に配置されていること、を特徴とするローラー折り畳みヘッド。
- 両方の摺動部(5,12)が基部(2)に互いに垂直に配置され、可動であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローラー折畳ヘッド。
- 押圧ローラー(9)に対して、複数の異なる対向ローラー(11,22,23)が該押圧ローラー(9)と順次ローラー対を形成することができるように配置されており、押圧ローラー(9)と該複数の異なる対向ローラー(11,22,23)とによって順次ローラー対を形成し、これらのローラー対によって一連の折り曲げ工程を行うようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のローラー折畳ヘッド。
- 異なる対向ローラー(11,22,23)が、基部(2)に接続されたリボルバーヘッド(24)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のローラー折畳ヘッド。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のローラー折畳ヘッドを使用して、フランジ(32)をこのフランジと並行に配置した別のフランジ(33)の周囲に180°折り畳む方法において、四段階で折り曲げを行い、少なくとも第一段階において、両方のフランジ(32,33)を、一つの押圧ローラー(8)と一つの対向ローラー(10)によって、互いに押圧して、押圧ローラー(8)の円錐状の伸長部分が、部分的な折り曲げを行ない、次の段階で、個々に対応する適切な位置に合わせた対向ローラーによって、その後の折り曲げを行うこと、を特徴とする方法。
- 少なくとも三個の異なるローラー対が用いられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
