Claims (7)
- 焼却灰と水とを混合した焼却灰スラリーに二酸化炭素ガスを導入して20℃以上、且つ70℃以下の温度で洗浄すると共に湿式破砕機により該焼却灰スラリーを破砕する第1工程と、
前記第1工程により洗浄された洗浄灰スラリーを洗浄灰と被処理水とに分離する第2工程と、
前記第2工程で分離された前記被処理水を循環式濾過装置により濾過し、該循環式濾過装置により濃縮された被処理水に含まれる懸濁固形物を高温燃焼炉により燃焼させる第3工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする焼却灰の洗浄処理方法。 - 前記第1工程において前記焼却灰スラリーに二酸化炭素ガスを導入して洗浄すると共に湿式破砕機により該焼却灰スラリーを破砕する1次洗浄の後、その洗浄灰スラリーを前記第2工程において洗浄灰と被処理水とに分離し、その分離された洗浄灰に再度水を加えて希釈し、その希釈された洗浄灰スラリーに再度二酸化炭素ガスを導入して2次洗浄を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼却灰の洗浄処理方法。
- 前記2次洗浄時に湿式破砕機により前記洗浄灰スラリーを破砕することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の焼却灰の洗浄処理方法。
- 請求項2または請求項3に記載の前記1次洗浄及び2次洗浄の後、更に、その洗浄灰スラリーを前記第2工程において洗浄灰と被処理水とに分離し、その分離された洗浄灰に再度水を加えて希釈し、その希釈された洗浄灰スラリーに再度二酸化炭素ガスを導入して洗浄を行う工程を複数回繰り返す多次洗浄を行うことを特徴とする焼却灰の洗浄処理方法。
- 焼却灰と水とを混合して収容する供給灰貯槽タンクと、
前記供給灰貯槽タンクから供給される焼却灰スラリーを収容し、保温手段により該焼却灰スラリーの温度を20℃以上、且つ70℃以下に保温した状態で該焼却灰スラリーに二酸化炭素ガスを導入して洗浄すると共に、該焼却灰スラリーを破砕する湿式破砕機を備えた洗浄槽と、
前記洗浄槽から排出された洗浄灰スラリーを洗浄灰と被処理水とに分離する分離装置と、
前記分離装置により分離され排出された被処理水を濾過する循環式濾過装置と、
前記循環式濾過装置により濃縮された被処理水に含まれる懸濁固形物を燃焼させる高温燃焼炉と、
を有することを特徴とする焼却灰の洗浄処理装置。 - 前記洗浄槽は、前記供給灰貯槽タンクから供給される焼却灰スラリーに二酸化炭素ガスを導入して洗浄すると共に前記湿式破砕機により該焼却灰スラリーを破砕する1次洗浄を行うための第1洗浄槽と、
前記第1洗浄槽により1次洗浄された洗浄灰スラリーを前記分離装置により洗浄灰と被処理水とに分離し、その分離された洗浄灰に再度水を加えて希釈した洗浄灰スラリーに再度二酸化炭素ガスを導入して洗浄する2次洗浄を行うための第2洗浄槽と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の焼却灰の洗浄処理装置。 - 前記第2洗浄槽は、前記2次洗浄時に前記湿式破砕機により前記洗浄灰スラリーを破砕することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の焼却灰の洗浄処理装置。
