- 電線の長手方向に沿って当該電線と着色材を滴射する着色ノズルとを相対的に移動させながらこの電線の外表面に向かって液状の着色材を一定量ずつ滴射して、前記着色材の液滴を前記電線の外表面に付着させて該電線を着色する電線の着色方法において、
前記着色材の粘度が、0.3mPa・s以上でかつ4.5mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする電線の着色方法。 - 前記着色材の粘度が、0.3mPa・s以上でかつ3.25mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線の着色方法。
- 前記着色材の粘度が、0.3mPa・s以上でかつ1.75mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線の着色方法。
- 電線の長手方向に沿って当該電線と着色材を滴射する着色ノズルとを相対的に移動させながらこの電線の外表面に向かって液状の着色材を一定量ずつ滴射して、前記着色材の液滴を前記電線の外表面に付着させて該電線を着色する電線の着色装置において、
前記着色材の粘度が、0.3mPa・s以上でかつ4.5mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする電線の着色装置。 - 前記着色材の粘度が、0.3mPa・s以上でかつ3.25mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電線の着色装置。
- 前記着色材の粘度が、0.3mPa・s以上でかつ1.75mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電線の着色装置。
