以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るジルコニウム基金属ガラスの表面成膜方法について説明する。
Claims (3)
- ジルコニウム基金属ガラスの表面に、3%以上25%未満の二酸化珪素を含有するアルコール液を塗布した後に乾燥して、乾燥成膜後の厚さが10μm以下である酸素と珪素とジルコニウムとから構成される皮膜を形成することを特徴とするジルコニウム基金属ガラスの表面成膜方法。
- 請求項1に記載のジルコニウム基金属ガラスの表面成膜方法であって、
前記アルコール液を塗布した後に加熱乾燥することを特徴とするジルコニウム基金属ガラスの表面成膜方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のジルコニウム基金属ガラスの表面成膜方法により、厚さが10μm以下である酸素と珪素とジルコニウムとから構成される皮膜が、ジルコニウム基金属ガラス素地の表面に成膜されていることを特徴とするジルコニウム基金属ガラス部品。
