内燃機関の排気管に設置されるパティキュレートフィルタと、
上記パティキュレートフィルタを昇温するための昇温手段と、
内燃機関の運転状態を検出するための運転状態検出手段と、
上記パティキュレートフィルタの温度を検出するための温度検出手段と、
上記パティキュレートフィルタへのパティキュレート堆積量を推定するパティキュレート堆積量推定手段と、
上記パティキュレート堆積量推定手段の出力が所定値を超えた時に、上記昇温手段を操作して上記パティキュレートフィルタを所定の目標温度近傍まで昇温し堆積したパティキュレートを焼却除去する再生制御手段とを備え、
上記再生制御手段が、
上記昇温手段の基本操作量を算出する基本操作量算出手段と、
上記運転状態検出手段の出力を基に、上記昇温手段の操作量変化に対する排気温度変化の時間遅れが大きいほどフィードバックゲインの絶対値が小さく、時間遅れが小さいほどフィードバックゲインの絶対値が大きくなるようにフィードバックゲインを算出するフィードバックゲイン算出手段と、
上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段で算出したフィードバックゲインと上記温度検出手段の出力を基に上記昇温手段による操作量の補正量を算出する補正量算出手段とを有している。
上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段は、上記モデル設定手段により設定された伝達関数を基に、運転状態に応じた最適なフィードバックゲインを算出する。
上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段は、上記吸気量検出手段の出力に応じてフィードバックゲインを変更する。
上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段は、内燃機関の回転数と要求噴射量に応じてフィードバックゲインを変更する。

Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の排気管に設置されるパティキュレートフィルタと、
上記パティキュレートフィルタを昇温するための昇温手段と、
内燃機関の運転状態を検出するための運転状態検出手段と、
上記パティキュレートフィルタの温度を検出するための温度検出手段と、
上記パティキュレートフィルタへのパティキュレート堆積量を推定するパティキュレート堆積量推定手段と、
上記パティキュレート堆積量推定手段の出力が所定値を超えた時に、上記昇温手段を操作して上記パティキュレートフィルタを所定の目標温度近傍まで昇温し堆積したパティキュレートを焼却除去する再生制御手段とを備え、
上記再生制御手段が、
上記昇温手段の基本操作量を算出する基本操作量算出手段と、
上記運転状態検出手段の出力を基に、上記昇温手段の操作量変化に対する排気温度変化の時間遅れが大きいほどフィードバックゲインの絶対値が小さく、時間遅れが小さいほどフィードバックゲインの絶対値が大きくなるようにフィードバックゲインを算出するフィードバックゲイン算出手段と、
上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段で算出したフィードバックゲインと上記温度検出手段の出力を基に上記昇温手段による操作量の補正量を算出する補正量算出手段とを有することを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 上記補正量算出手段は、上記温度検出手段の出力、および、上記温度検出手段の過去の複数の履歴または上記昇温手段による操作量の補正量の過去値またはその過去の複数の履歴にフィードバックゲインを乗じて上記補正量の更新値を算出する請求項1記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 上記再生制御手段は、上記昇温手段の操作量変化に対する排気温度変化の時間的な遅れを伝達関数により表現するモデル設定手段を備え、
上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段は、上記モデル設定手段により設定された伝達関数を基に、運転状態に応じた最適なフィードバックゲインを算出する請求項2記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 上記モデル設定手段は、上記時間遅れをむだ時間と時定数とで表される伝達関数または高次遅れで表される伝達関数として表現する請求項3記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 上記補正量算出手段は、上記温度検出手段の出力と上記目標温度との偏差または偏差の積算値または偏差の変化量、またはそのいずれか複数にフィードバックゲインを乗じることで補正量を算出する請求項1記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 上記運転状態検出手段は吸気量検出手段であり、
上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段は、上記吸気量検出手段の出力に応じてフィードバックゲインを変更する請求項1ないし5のいずれか記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 上記運転状態検出手段は内燃機関の回転数と要求噴射量を検出するものであり、
上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段は、内燃機関の回転数と要求噴射量に応じてフィードバックゲインを変更する請求項1ないし5のいずれか記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 上記フィードバックゲイン算出手段は、予め算出して記録したフィードバックゲインを多段階で切り替えるか、またはフィードバックゲインを連続的に変更する請求項6または7記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
