Description
焼却灰や飛灰をスラグ化する溶融炉から発生した飛灰AおよびBと,一般ごみ焼却時に発生する焼却灰を直接的に溶融スラグ化できるようにした直接溶融炉から派生した飛灰CおよびDとを,等量づつ混合して混合飛灰Eとした。これら飛灰A〜Eの品位を表1に示した。
酸浸出処理したあと,中和1の処理の前に,加圧濾過器による固液分離(中間固液分離と呼ぶ)を実施し,この中間固液分離で得た濾液に対して中和1の処理を行った以外は,実施例1を繰り返した。この場合,中間固液分離における 0.3MPaの加圧下での濾過速度は 3.0〜10L/m2/min で残渣中の水分は30〜40%であり,中和1処理後の固液分離では0.5 MPaの加圧下での濾過速度が1.5 〜 5.5L/m2/min で残渣中の水分は45〜70%であった。この両者の濾過速度は,実施例1の中和1処理後の固液分離での濾過速度15〜 18
L/m2/min と比べると,非常に遅くなっている。
Claims (3)
- 飛灰をpH10以下のアルカリ性の洗浄水で水洗処理したあと固液分離して該飛灰中のアルカリ塩類を除去する工程と、
該水洗処理後の飛灰をpH3.5以下の塩酸酸性溶液を用いて酸浸出処理し、この処理液に中和剤を添加してpH3.5超え〜5の範囲に中和したあと固液分離して濾液L1と脈石系残渣P1を採取する工程と、
前記の濾液L1に中和剤を添加してpH5超え〜9の範囲に中和したあと固液分離して濾液L2と亜鉛リッチ系残渣P2を採取する工程と、
前記の濾液L2に硫酸を添加したあと固液分離して濾液L3と石膏系残渣P3を採取する工程と、
を有する飛灰の湿式処理法。 - 前記酸浸出処理後の液に添加する中和剤が炭酸カルシウムであり、前記濾液L1に添加する中和剤が消石灰である請求項1に記載の飛灰の湿式処理法。
- 濾液L3は、酸浸出処理用に再利用される請求項1または2に記載の飛灰の湿式処理法。
