Description
また、ガイドレールは断面形状が固定側縦壁部と横に伸びる上下のフランジ部とで形成されて、底辺に位置する固定側縦壁部に被駆動係合部は設けられているために、確実に被駆動係合部を乗員の衣服と接触を防止できる。
また、ガイドレールは、固定側縦壁部から横方向に、上下のフランジ端部までの寸法に対して、ガイドレールの縦方向の方が大きい形状となっているため、上下方向の荷重に対する剛性が、横方向荷重より大きくなる。

Claims (6)
- シートの前後方向に長く伸び且つ長さ方向と直角の断面形状で上下方向に延びて形成された固定側縦壁部において車両フロア側に固定されるガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールと係合し、前記ガイドレールの長さ方向に摺動して案内され、長さ方向と直角の断面形状で上下方向に延びるように形成された移動側縦壁部で前記シート側に固定されるスライドレールと、
前記スライドレールの前記移動側縦壁部に回転自在に支持される駆動部材と、
前記ガイドレールの前記固定側縦壁部に設けられ、前記駆動部材と係合して前記ガイドレールに対して前記スライドレールを移動させる被駆動係合部と
を備えるシートスライド装置であって、
前記ガイドレールは、長さ方向と直角の断面形状で前記固定側縦壁部の上下から前記スライドレールの前記移動側縦壁部に向かって水平方向に延びるように形成されたフランジ部を備え、
前記駆動部材は、前記フランジ部によって前記ガイドレールの固定側縦壁部と前記スライドレールの移動側縦壁部との間に形成される空間内に配置され、
前記ガイドレールの縦方向の寸法は、前記固定側縦壁部から横方向に上下の前記フランジ端部までの寸法より大きく、
前記ガイドレールと前記スライドレールが係合した状態で、前記シートの幅方向の前記固定側縦壁部と前記移動側縦壁部間の間隔より、前記ガイドレールと前記スライドレールとを含む上下方向の寸法が大きくなるように構成したことを特徴とするシートスライド装置。 - 前記ガイドレールの上下の前記フランジ部間を連結し、前記被駆動係合部を前記ガイドレールの長さ方向の少なくとも一部分に亘って覆うようにカバーを備えて構成した請求項1に記載のシートスライド装置。
- 前記駆動部材は、前記被駆動係合部に取付けられた摺動部材を介して前記被駆動係合部と係合する請求項1に記載のシートスライド装置。
- 前記駆動部材を前記被駆動係合部に押付けるように作用する付勢部材を備える請求項1に記載のシートスライド装置。
- 前記ガイドレールと前記スライドレールとの間に、前記空間とは隔離して係合空間を設け、前記係合空間内に転動部材を配置し、前記ガイドレールと前記スライドレールとを係合させて構成した請求項1に記載のシートスライド装置。
- 前記シートの左右に固定して配置された前記スライドレールの前記移動側縦壁部を圧縮荷重の支持が可能な連結部材で連結して構成した請求項1に記載のシートスライド装置。
