Description
本発明は、内燃機関に用いられる燃料ポンプであって、ハウジングと、少なくとも1つのピストンと、該ピストンによって部分的に仕切られる作業室と、偏心軸またはカム軸とが設けられており、該偏心軸または該カム軸が、ピストンを作業室とは反対の側の端部で少なくとも間接的に負荷するようになっており、プレロードエレメントが設けられており、該プレロードエレメントが、ピストンを偏心軸またはカム軸に向かって少なくとも間接的に負荷するようになっている形式のものに関する。
本発明による燃料ポンプでは、燃料ポンプのピストンが著しく単純に形成されている。最も単純な事例では、ピストンが、直径変化を有していない真っ直ぐな単純な円筒体から成っている。したがって、ピストンの、手間のかかる切削加工が不要となる。これによって、本発明による燃料ポンプの費用が著しく低下される。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関に用いられる燃料ポンプ(10)であって、ハウジング(14)と、少なくとも1つのピストン(16)と、該ピストン(16)によって部分的に仕切られる作業室(18)と、偏心軸(22)またはカム軸とが設けられており、該偏心軸(22)または該カム軸が、ピストン(16)を作業室(18)とは反対の側の端部(36)で少なくとも間接的に負荷するようになっており、プレロードエレメント(30)が設けられており、該プレロードエレメント(30)が、ピストン(16)を偏心軸(22)またはカム軸に向かって少なくとも間接的に負荷するようになっており、ピストン(16)とは別個の支持エレメント(40)が設けられており、該支持エレメント(40)が、ピストン(16)の、偏心軸(22)またはカム軸に近い方の端部領域(36)に結合されており、支持エレメント(40)にプレロードエレメント(30)が支持されており、当該燃料ポンプ(10)が、ピストン(16)と共に運動可能な案内スリーブ(68)を有しており、該案内スリーブ(68)が、ハウジングに対して不動の案内区分(62)と協働するようになっており、当該燃料ポンプ(10)が、ベース部分(28)を有しており、該ベース部分(28)が、ピストン(16)の、偏心軸(22)またはカム軸に近い方の端面に接触している形式のものにおいて、案内スリーブ(68)が、半径方向内側に向けられた環状つば(66)を有しており、該環状つば(66)が、支持エレメント(40)とベース部分(28)との間に位置する環状室(84)内に突入していることを特徴とする、内燃機関に用いられる燃料ポンプ。
- 支持エレメント(40)が、支持リング(52)を有している、請求項1記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 支持エレメント(40)が、2つの部分から形成されていて、ピストン(16)の端部領域(36)に結合された支持リング(52)と、プレロードエレメント(30)と支持リング(52)との間でピストン(16)に被せ嵌められた中間エレメント(54)とを有している、請求項2記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 支持エレメント(40)が、区分(42)で位置固定リング(78)に接触しており、該位置固定リング(78)が、ピストン(16)の、偏心軸(22)またはカム軸に近い方の端部領域(36)に設けられた溝内に部分的に収容されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料ポンプ。
