Claims (2)
- 4本の線材を矩形断面を有するボビンの外周の4面に整列に巻き回す巻線方法であって、
前記外周の4面のうち一対をなす平行面の一方側にて前記線材の0.5本分のレーンチェンジを行い、前記平行面の他方側にて前記線材の3.5本分のレーンチェンジを行うことにより、前記線材の巻き余りを発生させないこと、
前記ボビンに有している前記矩形断面をなす筒部の長さは、前記線材の4本分の整数倍プラス0.5本分であることを特徴とする巻線方法。 - 4本の線材を矩形断面を有するボビンの外周の4面に整列に巻き回してなるコイルであって、
前記外周の4面のうち一対をなす平行面の一方側にて前記線材の0.5本分のレーンチェンジを行い、前記平行面の他方側にて前記線材の3.5本分のレーンチェンジを行うことにより、前記線材の巻き余りを発生させないこと、
前記ボビンに有している前記矩形断面をなす筒部の長さは、前記線材の4本分の整数倍プラス0.5本分であることを特徴とするコイル。
