Claims (4)
- 一端同士が接続された整流ダイオードおよびチョークコイルと、一端が共振用コイルを介して前記整流ダイオードおよびチョークコイルの接続点に接続された第1のスイッチ素子と、該第1のスイッチ素子に並列に接続された第1のダイオードと、前記共振用コイルおよび前記整流ダイオードからなる直列回路に並列に接続された第1のコンデンサおよび第2のスイッチ素子からなる直列回路と、前記第2のスイッチ素子に並列に接続された第2のダイオードとを有し、前記第1のスイッチ素子、前記第2のスイッチ素子および前記整流ダイオードがそれぞれ端子間に並列容量を備えてなる電源装置において、
前記第1のコンデンサに並列に接続された第1の抵抗を備えることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記第1のスイッチ素子および前記共振用コイルからなる直列回路に並列に接続された第3のダイオードを備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電源装置。
- 前記第1の抵抗に直列に第4のダイオードを備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電源装置。
- 前記第1のスイッチ素子の他端が直流電源の一端に接続され、前記チョークコイルの他端が出力端子に接続され、前記整流ダイオードの他端が前記直流電源の他端に接続され、降圧動作をすることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電源装置。
