(3)(1)の導波管、導波管回路、配線基板を用いたミリ波回路、ミリ波回路を用いた自動車等用のミリ波レーダー、
(4)凹部7の底面に導体層が形成されるとともに凹部7の内側に誘電体線路が設置され、凹部7が導体板で塞がれて成る非放射性誘電体線路、それを用いた自動車等用のミリ波レーダー、

(13)PDP(Plasma Display Panel),FED(Field Emission Display)等の背面板等の多数の凹部7が形成されたディスプレイ部品、
がある。
表面に凹部7を有するセラミック構造体
[1.グリーンシートの準備]
SiO2,Al2O3,CaO,ZnO,B2O3からなるガラスセラミック原料粉末100質量部に対して、メチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートの共重合組成物のバインダーを11質量部、可塑剤としてフタル酸ジブチルを5質量部添加し、トルエンを有機溶剤としてボールミルにより36時間混合しスラリーを調製した。得られたスラリーを用いてドクターブレード法により成形、乾燥して、厚さ0.6mm、0.3mmのグリーンシートを作製した。次に、このグリーンシートに直径200μmの貫通孔(スルーホール)をパンチングで形成した。
(2−1)スルーホール充填用の導体ペースト(ビア導体形成用の導体ペースト)
Cu粉体100質量部に対し、メチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートの共重合組成物の樹脂バインダーを(グリーンシートと共通のものを使用)2重量部、テルピネオールおよびブチルカルビトールアセテートの混合溶剤を4重量部、フタル酸エステル系の可塑剤(DOP:ジ−2−エチルヘキシルフタレート,DBP:ジブチルフタレートの混合物)を2重量部添加し、これらを攪拌して混合した。その後、Cu粉体および樹脂バインダー等の凝集体がなくなるまで3本ロールミルで混合して導体ペーストを調製した。
Cu粉体100質量部に対し、メチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートの共重合組成物の樹脂バインダーを(グリーンシートと共通のものを使用)3重量部、テルピネオールおよびブチルカルビトールアセテートの混合溶剤を10重量部、フタル酸エステル系の可塑剤(DOP,DBPの混合物)を10重量部添加し、これらを攪拌して混合した。その後、Cu粉体および樹脂バインダー等の凝集体がなくなるまで3本ロールミルで混合して導体ペーストを調製した。
架橋イソブチルメタクリレートの樹脂ビーズ100重量部に対して、樹脂バインダーとしてイソブチルメタクリレート55重量部、DOP5重量部、ポリエチレングリコール5重量部、メチルイソブチルケトン150重量部を加えた組成物を混合してスラリーとした。このスラリーを用いてドクターブレード法により成形し、乾燥して厚さ600μmの樹脂シート2aを作製した。
樹脂シート2a,2bを用いて図2のグリーンシート積層体を形成した。即ち、図1の打ち抜き法によって、グリーンシートA1(縦50mm×横50mm×厚さ0.6mm、貫通孔部分:縦5mm×横5mm×深さ0.6mm)およびグリーンシートA2(縦50mm×横50mm×厚さ0.3mm、貫通孔部分:縦5mm×横5mm×深さ0.3mm)に樹脂シート2a,2bをそれぞれ嵌め込んだ。
樹脂シート2a,2bを嵌め込まない以外は実施例1〜4と同様にしてセラミック構造体を作製した。
内部に空洞10を有するセラミック構造体
[1.グリーンシートの準備]
SiO2,Al2O3,CaO,ZnO,B2O3からなるガラスセラミック原料粉末100質量部に対して、メチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートの共重合組成物の樹脂バインダーを11質量部、可塑剤としてフタル酸ジブチルを5質量部添加し、トルエンを有機溶剤としてボールミルにより36時間混合しスラリーを調製した。得られたスラリーを用いてドクターブレード法により成形、乾燥して厚さ0.6mm、0.3mmのグリーンシートを作製した。次に、このグリーンシートに直径200μmのスルーホールをパンチングで形成した。
(2−1)スルーホール充填用の導体ペースト(ビア導体形成用の導体ペースト)
Cu粉体100質量部に対し、メチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートの共重合組成物のバインダーを(グリーンシートと共通のものを使用)2重量部、テルピネオールおよびブチルカルビトールアセテートの混合溶剤を4重量部、フタル酸エステル系の可塑剤(DOP,DBPの混合物)を2重量部添加し、これらを攪拌して混合した。その後、Cu粉体および樹脂バインダー類の凝集体がなくなるまで3本ロールミルで混合して導体ペーストを調製した。

架橋イソブチルメタクリレートの樹脂ビーズ100重量部に対して、樹脂バインダーとしてイソブチルメタクリレート55重量部、DOP5重量部、ポリエチレングリコール5重量部、メチルイソブチルケトン150重量部を加えた組成物を混合してスラリーとした。このスラリーを用いてドクターブレード法により成形し、乾燥して厚さ600μmの樹脂シート2aを作製した。
樹脂シート2a,2bを用いて図2のグリーンシート積層体を形成した。即ち、図1で示した打ち抜き法によって、グリーンシートA1(縦50mm×横50mm×厚さ0.6mm、貫通孔部分:縦5mm×横5mm×深さ0.6mm)およびグリーンシートA2(縦50mm×横50mm×厚さ0.3mm、貫通孔部分:縦5mm×横5mm×深さ0.3mm)に樹脂シート2a,2bをそれぞれ嵌め込んだ。
樹脂シート2a,2bを嵌め込まない以外は実施例5〜8と同様にしてセラミック構造体を作製した。

Claims (3)
- 表面の凹部および内部の空洞の少なくとも一方からなる部位を有し、前記部位は、その内面が焼結されたままの焼結面から成る状態において前記内面の平面度が30μm以下であるセラミック構造体の製造方法であって、
セラミックグリーンシートの前記部位となる位置に形成された貫通孔に樹脂シートを載置する工程と、
前記セラミックグリーンシートを複数枚積層し、前記セラミックグリーンシートの積層体を形成する工程と、
前記セラミックグリーンシート上に樹脂バインダーを含有する金属ペーストを配設する工程と、
該積層体を焼成して前記樹脂シートを熱分解させて除去する工程と、を備え、
前記樹脂バインダーよりも前記樹脂シートが熱分解しやすいことを特徴とするセラミック構造体の製造方法。 - 複数の前記樹脂シートを備え、前記積層体の下層側に位置する前記樹脂シートよりも前記積層体の上層側に位置する前記樹脂シートが熱分解しやすいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミック構造体の製造方法。
- 複数の前記樹脂シートを備え、前記積層体の下層側に位置する前記樹脂シートの厚みよりも前記積層体の上層側に位置する前記樹脂シートの厚みが大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミック構造体の製造方法。
