Claims (9)
- 同一平面上に配置された複数のレンズを有するレンズアレイと、
前記複数のレンズによって形成された複数の被写体の像が1対1の関係で投影される複数の撮像領域を含み、投影された複数の像をそれぞれ電気信号に変換する撮像部と、
前記複数のレンズに1対1の関係で対応する複数の光学絞りを有し、前記レンズアレイに対して前記撮像部と反対側位置する光学絞り部と、
を備え、
前記レンズアレイを構成する材料の線膨張率と光学絞り部を構成する材料の線膨張率との差の絶対値が0.7×10-5/℃以下である複眼カメラモジュール。 - 前記レンズアレイを構成する材料の線膨張率と光学絞り部を構成する材料の線膨張率との差の絶対値が0.35×10-5/℃以下である請求項1に記載の複眼カメラモジュール。
- 前記レンズアレイを構成する材料の線膨張率と光学絞り部を構成する材料の線膨張率との差の絶対値が0.2×10-5/℃以下である請求項1に記載の複眼カメラモジュール。
- 前記光学絞り部は、画角を規制するフード部を有する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の複眼カメラモジュール。
- 前記光学絞り部の各光学絞りの中心が前記各レンズの光軸と一致するように、前記光学絞り部と前記レンズアレイとが互いに当接し位置決めされている請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の複眼カメラモジュール。
- 前記光学絞り部は、前記複数の光学絞りのそれぞれの位置を独立して調整可能な構造を備えている請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の複眼カメラモジュール。
- 前記光学絞り部および前記撮像部を支持する鏡筒をさらに備え、
前記レンズアレイと前記光学絞り部とは、前記各レンズの光軸と垂直な面における前記レンズアレイの中心に対して、対称に配置された第1の接着剤によって互いに固定されており、
前記鏡筒と前記光学絞り部とは、前記各レンズの光軸と垂直な面における前記レンズアレイの中心に対して、対称に配置された第2の接着剤によって互いに固定されている請求項1から6にいずれかに記載の複眼カメラモジュール。 - 同一平面上に配置された複数のレンズを有するレンズアレイと、前記複数のレンズによって形成された複数の被写体の像が1対1の関係で投影される複数の撮像領域を含み、投影された複数の像をそれぞれ電気信号に変換する撮像部と、前記複数のレンズに1対1の関係で対応する複数の光学絞りを有し、前記レンズアレイに対して前記撮像部と反対側位置する光学絞り部とを備え、前記レンズアレイを構成する材料の線膨張率と光学絞り部を構成する材料の線膨張率との差の絶対値が0.7×10-5/℃以下である複眼カメラモジュールの製造方法であって、
前記光学絞りの各光学絞りの中心が前記各レンズの光軸上に位置するように、前記光学絞り部の前記各レンズの光軸と平行な面と、前記レンズモジュールの前記各レンズの光軸と平行な面とを当接させた状態で前記光学絞り部と前記レンズモジュールを第1の接着剤によって接合する工程を包含する複眼カメラモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記各レンズの光軸と垂直な面における前記レンズアレイの中心に対して、前記第1の接着剤を対称に配置することにより、前記レンズアレイと前記光学絞り部とを固定する請求項8に記載の複眼カメラモジュールの製造方法。
