Description
本発明による弁ばねの利点は、第1に、金属摩耗が発生しないことにある。中空体の形状は中実リングよりも本質的に良好なばね作用を与える。変形余裕は中実リングより大きく、且つ変形のためにそれほど大きな力を必要としない。種々の弾性特性を有する種々のエラストマー材料からなる中空リングは、市場において容易に入手可能である。直径、肉厚および長さのような形状寸法は問題なく変化可能なので、剛性のようなばね定数は容易に要求に適合させることができる。ばねリングの内径が0とならないようにばね作用の範囲が制限されるとき、疲労は発生せず且つ寿命はほとんど制限されない。巻数(同心リングまたは渦巻形状)を増すことにより、さらに本質的に力が上昇される。力を変化させるための他の方法は、個々のばね要素をセグメントとして使用することにある。

Claims (10)
- 弁ディスク(1)、弁シート(4)および弁ばね(12)からなり、弁ディスク(1)は流れ方向に対して垂直方向に移動され且つ閉鎖状態において弁シート(4)上に平らに当接し、および弁ばね(12)はエラストマー材料からなる弁装置において、
弁ばねが、1つまたは複数の部分からなる中空体(12−16)の形態を有することを特徴とする弁装置。 - 中空体がホースの形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の弁装置。
- 中空体が円形断面を有することを特徴とする請求項2の弁装置。
- 中空体が多角形断面を有することを特徴とする請求項2の弁装置。
- 中空体が複数の同心要素(14)からなることを特徴とする請求項1−4のいずれかの弁装置。
- 中空体が渦巻(15)の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1−4のいずれかの弁装置。
- 弁ばねが複数のセグメント(16)からなることを特徴とする請求項1の弁装置。
- 中空体が多孔構造(13)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれかの弁装置。
- 弁ディスクに連続して平らなシール要素(5)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1−8のいずれかの弁装置。
- シール要素(5)がコーティングにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項9の弁装置。
