Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態による染料感応太陽電池のモジュールを示した斜視図であり、図2は図1のI−I線に沿って切断した断面図である。図3は図1の染料感応太陽電池のモジュールの第1基板と第2基板を分離して示した分解斜視図である。なお、図2では染料感応太陽電池モジュールにおいて各基板の接合面が露出されるように示した。
以下では、本発明の第2の実施の形態及び第3の実施の形態による染料感応太陽電池のモジュールについて詳細に説明する。第2の実施の形態及び第3の実施の形態は、第1の実施の形態と基本的な構成が同一または類似な実施の形態であるので、同一または極めて類似な部分については説明を省略する。図面で同一または類似な構成要素に対しては同一な参照符号を使用する。
図5は、本発明の第3の実施の形態による染料感応太陽電池のモジュールを示した部分断面図である。
図6は、本発明の第1の実施の形態による染料感応太陽電池モジュール及びこれを構成する各単位セルの電流−電圧特性を示すグラフである。
図7は、比較例による染料感応太陽電池モジュール及びこれを構成する各単位セルの電流−電圧特性を示すグラフである。

Claims (15)
- 互いに対向配置され、複数の単位セルが形成される領域が設定される第1基板及び第2基板と、
前記各単位セルの内部において互いに対向するように、前記第1基板及び第2基板のうちの一の基板上に形成される第1電極及び他の基板上に形成される第2電極と、
前記第1電極に吸着されている染料と、
前記各単位セルにおいて前記第1基板と第2基板との間の空間に充填される電解質と、
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板上に形成され、前記隣接する一対の単位セルの間の領域において絶縁部を形成するように互いに対向して離隔される複数の伝導性フィルムと、
を含む染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。 - 前記複数の単位セルのうちの少なくとも一対の単位セルの間の領域には、前記絶縁部が前記第1基板及び第2基板のうちのいずれか一つに形成されて、前記一対の単位セルが電気的に直列連結される、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記直列連結された一対の単位セルのうち、
一の単位セルでは第1電極が前記第1基板に形成され、第2電極が前記第2基板に形成され、
他の単位セルでは第1電極が前記第2基板に形成され、第2電極が前記第1基板に形成される、請求項2に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。 - 前記複数の単位セルを電気的に連結する連結部がさらに形成される、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記複数の単位セルのうちの少なくとも一対の単位セルの間の領域には、前記絶縁部が前記第1基板及び第2基板の各々に形成され、前記一対の単位セルが前記連結部により連結されて電気的に並列連結される、請求項4に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記並列連結される一対の単位セルでは、各第1電極が前記第1基板及び第2基板のうちの一の基板に互いに離隔して形成され、各第2電極が他の基板に互いに離隔して形成される、請求項5に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記第1基板及び第2基板の各々は、透光性のプラスチック基板またはガラス基板を含む、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記プラスチック基板は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリイミド、及びトリアセテートセルロースのうちのいずれか一つを含み、前記伝導性フィルムは、インジウムスズ酸化物、フッ素ドープ酸化スズ、ZnO−Ga2O3、ZnO−Al2O3、及びSnO2−Sb2O3のうちのいずれか一つを含む、請求項7に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記第1電極は、Ti酸化物、Nb酸化物、Zn酸化物、Sn酸化物、Ta酸化物、W酸化物、Ni酸化物、Fe酸化物、Cr酸化物、V酸化物、Pm酸化物、Zr酸化物、Sr酸化物、In酸化物、Ir酸化物、La酸化物、Mo酸化物、Mg酸化物、Al酸化物、Y酸化物、Sc酸化物、Sm酸化物、Ga酸化物、及びSrTi酸化物からなる群から選択される一つまたは二つ以上の複合物を含む、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記第2電極は、Pt、Ru、Pd、Rh、Ir、Os、WO3、TiO2、及び黒鉛のうちのいずれか一つを含む、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記第2電極は、半透過性または透過性を有する、請求項10に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記電解質は、液体電解質、イオン性液体電解質、準固体電解質、高分子電解質、及び固体電解質のうちのいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記第1基板及び第2基板のうちのいずれか一つの外面に反射板がさらに形成される、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記反射板は、金属、酸化物、窒化物、炭素化合物、及び高分子膜のうちのいずれか一つを含む、請求項13に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
- 前記反射板の反射率が5乃至100%である、請求項13に記載の染料感応太陽電池のモジュール。
