Claims (5)
- エンジンの動力を駆動輪へ伝達する無段変速機と、
前記無段変速機を変速させる変速アクチュエータと、
前記無段変速機の変速比が所定の変速パターンを示すように前記アクチュエータを制御する変速比制御手段とを具備し、
前記無段変速機が、駆動側プーリおよび被動側プーリ間に無端ベルトを掛け渡して構成されるベルト式無段変速機であり、
前記変速アクチュエータが、前記駆動側プーリおよび被動側プーリの少なくとも一方のベルト巻き掛け径を変更させるハイブリッド車両における無段変速機の変速制御装置において、
変速パターンとして、バッテリの充電残量が十分な場合の第1パターンおよびバッテリの充電残量が不十分な場合の第2パターンを記憶する手段と、
前記エンジンに連結された発電機で充電されるバッテリの充電残量を検知するバッテリ監視手段と、
変速パターンをバッテリの充電残量に応じて変更し、車両走行中は変速パターンを変更しない変速パターン変更手段とを具備し、
前記変速パターンの制御域が、変速比が所定のローレシオに設定されてエンジン回転数が低回転域で可変制御されるローレシオ制御域、変速比が所定のトップレシオに設定されてエンジン回転数が高回転域で可変制御されるトップレシオ制御域、およびエンジン回転数が前記低回転域と高回転域との境界で固定されて変速比が可変制御される変速制御域から構成され、トップレシオ制御域を除いた他の制御域の少なくとも一方の変速比が、第2パターンでは第1パターンよりも低くされたことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両における無段変速機の変速制御装置。 - 前記第2パターンでは第1パターンに対して、前記ローレシオ制御域がエンジンの高回転側まで拡張されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両における無段変速機の変速制御装置。
- 前記第2パターンでは第1パターンに対して、前記ローレシオ制御域の変速比がさらにローレシオ側へシフトされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両における無段変速機の変速制御装置。
- 前記第2パターンでは第1パターンに対して、前記ローレシオ制御域の変速比がさらにローレシオ側へシフトされ、かつローレシオ制御域がエンジンの高回転側まで拡張されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両における無段変速機の変速制御装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド車両は、スロットル開度が小さい間は駆動モータのみが動力となり、スロットル開度が大きくなり、エンジン回転数が所定値を超えると、動力が駆動モータからエンジンに切り換わることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両における無段変速機の変速制御装置。
