Description
1. 1.0ワット/m°K以上の平面貫通方向の熱伝導率を有する熱可塑性ポリマー組成物を含むことを特徴とする耐熱食器品目。
2. 前記熱伝導率が約2ワット/m°K以上であることを特徴とする前記1.に記載の耐熱食器品目。
3. 前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物中の熱可塑性樹脂が、約250℃以上の融点およびガラス転移温度の一方または両方を有することを特徴とする前記1.あるいは2.に記載の耐熱食器品目。
4. 前記熱可塑性樹脂が液晶ポリマーであることを特徴とする前記3.に記載の耐熱食器品目。
5. 前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物が、約50ワット/m°K以上の熱伝導率を有する充填剤を含むことを特徴とする前記1.から4.のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱食器品目。
6. 前記充填剤が黒鉛を含むことを特徴とする前記5.に記載の耐熱食器品目。
7. 前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物が、黒鉛、MgO、BeO、アルミナ、酸化亜鉛、MgO.3.5Al2O3、CaF2、またはSiCを含むことを特徴とする前記1.から5.のいずれか一に記載の耐熱食器品目。
8. 調理中に食品を保持または支持する容器が、1.0ワット/m°K以上の平面貫通方向の熱伝導率を有する熱可塑性ポリマー組成物を含むことを特徴とする食品の調理方法。
9. 前記熱伝導率が約2ワット/m°K以上であることを特徴とする前記8.に記載の方法。
10. 前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物中の熱可塑性樹脂が、約250℃以上の融点およびガラス転移温度の一方または両方を有することを特徴とする前記8.あるいは9.に記載の方法。
11. 前記熱可塑性樹脂が液晶ポリマーであることを特徴とする前記10.に記載の方法。
12. 前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物が、約50ワット/m°K以上の熱伝導率を有する充填剤を含むことを特徴とする前記8.から11.のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
13. 前記充填剤が黒鉛を含むことを特徴とする前記12.に記載の方法。
14. 前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物が、黒鉛、MgO、BeO、アルミナ、酸化亜鉛、MgO.3.5Al2O3、CaF2、またはSiCを含むことを特徴とする前記8.から12.のいずれか一に記載の耐熱食器品目。
Claims (4)
- 1.0ワット/m°K以上の平面貫通方向の熱伝導率を有する熱可塑性ポリマー組成物を含み、前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物中の熱可塑性樹脂が液晶ポリマーであることを特徴とするオーブン加熱調理用耐熱食器容器。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、約250℃以上の融点およびガラス転移温度の一方または両方を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオーブン加熱調理用耐熱食器容器。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物が、約50ワット/m°K以上の熱伝導率を有する充填剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載のオーブン加熱調理用耐熱食器容器。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物が、黒鉛、MgO、BeO、アルミナ、酸化亜鉛、MgO.3.5Al2O3、CaF2、またはSiCを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のオーブン加熱調理用耐熱食器容器。
