Claims (8)
- 火薬機械的な破断エレメントであって、内部に電気導体(3)が配置されたハウジング(2)と、電気導体(3)を破断するための破断たがね(8)を備えた破断ピストン(5)と、破断ピストン(5)を駆動するための火薬技術的な装薬(13)とを有しており、破断たがね(8)が電気導体(3)を破断後に曲げることによって、曲げ舌片(18)が形成され、この曲げ舌片(18)が導体(3)から曲げ起こされて導体(3)を遮断するようになっている形式のものにおいて、
電気導体(3)が長手方向で、2つの横方向側と2つの縦方向側とから成る横断面減少部(4)を有しており、
破断たがね(8)が前記横断面減少部(4)のまず一方の横方向側を破断し、破断たがね(8)がさらに前進する際に前記横断面減少部(4)の両縦方向側を少なくとも部分的に曲げるようになっており、
前記のようにして得られた曲げ舌片(18)を、破断たがね(8)がさらに前進する際に緊締するようになっており、
破断ピストン(5)が側方で係止舌片(25)を有していて、該係止舌片(25)が、破断ピストン(5)の変位した状態でハウジング(2)の所定の形状溝(23)内に係止して、この変位した状態で破断ピストン(5)を固定することを特徴とする、火薬機械的な破断エレメント。 - 側方の係止舌片(25)が、破断ピストン(5)の、火薬技術的な装薬(13)に向いた側の端部に配置されている、請求項1記載の破断エレメント。
- 破断ピストン(5)が、その外側面で縦方向に延びるガイドリブ(26)を有していて、該ガイドリブ(26)がハウジング(2)の対応するガイド溝(24)内に係合する、請求項1または2に記載の破断エレメント。
- 破断たがね(8)が、変位した状態で曲げ舌片(18)を越えて突き出すようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の破断エレメント。
- 破断たがね(8)が繊維強化プラスチックより成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の破断エレメント。
- 破断ピストン(5)が側方で係止舌片(22)を有しており、該係止舌片(22)が、破断ピストン(5)の変位していない状態でハウジング(2)の対応する形状溝(23)内に係止する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の破断エレメント。
- 側方の係止舌片(22,25)がばね弾性的に構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の破断エレメント。
- 破断ピストン(5)内で、火薬技術的な装薬(13)に向けられた端部に、ワイヤ編組体より成る保持フィルタ(34)が設けられており、該保持フィルタ(34)が点火された火薬技術的な装薬(13)の可能な燃焼残滓を吸収するようになっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の破断エレメント。
