Claims (13)
- 有機発光素子が形成された硝子基板と前記有機発光素子を密封するための硝子基板との合着工程においてチャンバ内に移送される石英プレートと、
前記石英プレートをチャンバ内に移送するために前記石英プレートが載せられる額縁形態の保護枠と、
前記保護枠の移送を補助するスライド式移送器具が具備され、前記チャンバ内に設置される額縁形態の支持プレートと、からなることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。 - 前記スライド式移送器具は、
前記保護枠の移送方向に沿って設置され、前記保護枠に接触しながら前記保護枠をガイドする複数個のローラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。 - 前記ローラは、前記保護枠の側面に接するように前記支持プレートの上面に設置される、前記上面に垂直な軸回りに回転可能な複数の第1ローラと、 前記保護枠の下面に接するように前記支持プレートのホールの内側面に設置される、前記内側面に垂直な軸回りに回転可能な複数の第2ローラと、から構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 前記保護枠には、前記石英プレートが載せられるように段差部が具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 前記保護枠の一側部にはハンドルが具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 前記石英プレートは、複数に分割されて設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 前記保護枠の上面には合着工程において基板を吸着するための複数の吸着部が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 前記ローラは、カムフォロアであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 有機発光素子が形成されたデバイス硝子基板と、前記有機発光素子を密封するための硝子基板との合着工程においてチャンバ内に移送される石英プレートと、
前記石英プレートのチャンバ内への設置及び取り出しが可能になるように、前記石英プレートが載せられ、前記石英プレートをスライドしながら移送する額縁形態の保護枠と、からなることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。 - 前記保護枠には、前記石英プレートが載せられるための段差部が具備されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 前記保護枠の一側部にはハンドルが具備されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 前記石英プレートは、複数に分割されて設置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
- 前記保護枠の上面には、前記合着工程において基板を吸着するための複数の吸着部が設置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置製造用石英プレート支持装置。
