Claims (6)
- 動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部と、該動力伝達経路に連結された電動機と、該電動機に連結されると共に該電動機の回転状態の変化に応じて入力軸回転速度と出力軸回転速度との差動状態を制御する電気式差動部とを、備えた車両用動力伝達装置であって、
前記電動機の回転子を支持する支持部材を備え、
該支持部材は、その軸心方向における一方の端部に前記回転子をその軸心まわりの回転可能に支持する支持部と、他方の端部に向かうほど拡径する拡径部とを、備え、
該他方の端部は、前記動力伝達装置のケースに固定されたものであり、
前記拡径部の、軸心に対する外側に形成された空間に、前記電動機の固定子の巻線部が配設されると共に、軸心に対する内側に形成された空間に、前記変速部に備えられた摩擦係合装置へ油圧を供給するための油路部が配設されたものであり、
前記支持部材は、前記他方の端部から前記拡径部内を通り前記支持部材の軸心に向かって延伸する複数の油路と、前記一方の端部から軸心方向に突出して設けられた円筒形状部とを、備えたものであり、前記複数の油路のうち相互に隣接する油路は、前記円筒形状部側において該円筒形状部の軸心方向に関して互いにずれた位置に開口させられたものである
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記他方の端部から前記拡径部内を通り前記支持部材の軸心に向かって円筒状に延伸する油路を備え、該油路は、前記他方の端部において円筒の斜め断面に相当する楕円形状の開口をもって前記ケースに備えられた油路に連結されたものである請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記ケースは、一体構造に形成されたものであり、前記動力伝達装置の作動を制御するための油圧を発生させる油圧制御回路を該ケースと一体的に備えたものである請求項1又は2に記載された車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記変速部は、複数の変速段のうち何れかの変速段を選択的に成立させる有段式変速機である請求項1から3の何れか1に記載された車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記電気式差動部は、遊星歯車装置に備えられた回転要素に少なくとも1つの電動機が連結されて成るものである請求項1から4の何れか1に記載された車両用動力伝達装置。
