Description
Claims (12)
- 同軸の装置入力シャフト(16)及び装置出力シャフト(24);
連続可変比変速ユニット(変速器)であって、装置入力シャフトに同軸に接続され且つ同軸の変速器出力シャフト(18)を有する連続可変比変速ユニット;及び
変速器出力シャフト(18)に駆動可能に接続された入力サンギヤ(S1)と、装置入力シャフト(16)に駆動可能に接続された遊星キャリヤ(C1)と、遊星キャリヤに装着され且つ入力サンギヤに駆動可能に係合する第1の遊星ギヤ(P1)と、を有する混合遊星歯車列(E1);を備えた多体制連続可変比伝動装置であって、
第1の遊星ギヤ(P1)が、装置入力シャフト(16)と同軸に配置される第1の中間出力シャフト(22)を駆動し、
第1の遊星ギヤ(P1)が、第2の遊星歯車列(E2)のための入力(28、30)を提供し、
第1の中間出力シャフト(22)が、同期モード比から重度のオーバードライブまで作動する伝動装置の高体制の作動において、第1のクラッチ(H)を介して装置出力シャフト(24)に選択的に接続され、
第2の遊星歯車列(E2)が、完全逆転からギヤニュートラルを経て同期モード比まで作動する伝動装置の低体制の作動において、制動素子(L)を介して装置出力シャフト(24)に選択的に接続される出力(32)を有することを特徴とする伝動装置。 - 前記第1の中間出力シャフト(22)は混合遊星歯車列の第1の遊星ギヤ(P1)により駆動されるサンギヤ(S2)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1の伝動装置。
- 前記出力シャフト上のサンギヤ(S2)は入力サンギヤ(S1)と同じ寸法であることを特徴とする請求項2の伝動装置。
- 前記混合遊星歯車列(E1)の遊星ギヤの軸(20)は、第1の遊星ギヤ(P1)と一緒に回転する第2の遊星ギヤ(PX1)を担持し、該第2の遊星ギヤ(PX1)は第1の中間出力シャフト(22)を駆動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの伝動装置。
- 前記第2の遊星ギヤ(PX1)は第1の遊星ギヤ(P1)と同じ寸法であることを特徴とする請求項4の伝動装置。
- 前記混合遊星歯車列の第1の遊星ギヤ(P1)の軸(20)は、第1の遊星ギヤ(P1)と一緒に回転する第3の遊星ギヤ(PY1)を担持し、第2の遊星歯車列(E2)のための入力を提供することを特徴とする請求項4又は5の伝動装置。
- 前記第2の遊星歯車列(E2)は混合遊星歯車列(E1)により駆動される第2の入力サンギヤ(30)と、第2の入力サンギヤにより駆動される遊星ギヤ(P2)と、第2の遊星歯車列の出力を形成する遊星キャリヤ(C2)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの伝動装置。
- 前記混合遊星歯車列(E1)と第2の入力サンギヤ(30)とを接続する中間歯車装置(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項7の伝動装置。
- 前記第2の遊星歯車列(E2)は第2の遊星歯車列の遊星ギヤ(P2)に係合する第2のサンギヤ(36)を有することを特徴とする請求項7の伝動装置。
- 前記第2のサンギヤ(36)を選択的に制動する手段(L)を有することを特徴とする請求項9の伝動装置。
- 前記制動素子は、第2のサンギヤ(36)と伝動装置ケーシング(40)との間に位置するクラッチ(L)を有することを特徴とする請求項10の伝動装置。
- 前記第2のサンギヤ(36)は、伝動装置ケーシング(40)に関して静止状態に保持され、制動素子が第2の遊星歯車列(E2)の出力を装置出力シャフト(24)に選択的に接続するクラッチ手段(L)を有することを特徴とする請求項9の伝動装置。
