Abstract

"SISTEMA DE TRANSMISSãO DE RELAçãO CONTINUAMENTE VARIáVEL". Um sistema de transmissão de relação continuamente variável de múltiplos regimes tem eixos (16, 24) de entrada e de saída de sistema coaxial, uma unidade (V) de transmissão de relação continuamente variável conectada coaxialmente no eixo (16) de entrada do sistema e tendo um eixo (18) de saída de dispositivo de variação coaxial e um conjunto (E1) de engrenagens epicíclicas de união tendo uma engrenagem (Si) central de entrada conectada de modo acionado ao eixo (18) de saída do dispositivo de variação, um suporte (C1) de engrenagens planetárias conectado de modo acionado ao eixo (16) de entrada do sistema e uma engrenagem planetária (P1) montada no suporte (C1) de engrenagens planetárias. A engrenagem planetária (P1) aciona um primeiro eixo (22) de saída intermediário disposto coaxialmente com o eixo (16) de entrada do sistema e que pode ser conectado de modo seletivo ao eixo de saída do sistema através de uma primeira embreagem (H) na operação em regime de alta velocidade da transmissão. A engrenagem planetária (P1) também provê a entrada para um segundo conjunto (E2) de engrenagens epicíclicas tendo uma saída (C2) que pode ser conectada de forma seletiva ao eixo de saída do sistema através de um elemento de freagem (L) para operação em regime de baixa velocidade da transmissão. O arranjo minimiza o número de engranzamentos de engrenagens, desse modo minimizando perdas de transmissão e a ausência de uma coroa anular no conjunto (E1) de engrenagens epicíclicas de união permite mais liberdade na escolha dos tamanhos das engrenagens, desse modo permitindo velocidades reduzidas das engrenagens.
