Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 同軸の装置入力シャフト及び装置出力シャフト;
装置入力シャフトに同軸に接続され且つ同軸の変動器出力シャフトを有する連続可変比変速ユニット(変動器);及び
変動器出力シャフトに駆動可能に接続された入力サンギヤと、装置入力シャフトに駆動可能に接続された遊星キャリヤと、遊星キャリヤに装着され且つ入力サンギヤに駆動可能に係合する第1の遊星ギヤと、を有する混合外サイクル歯車列;
を備えた多体制連続可変比伝動装置であって、
第1の遊星ギヤが、装置入力シャフトと同軸に配置され且つ伝動装置の高体制作動において第1のクラッチを介して装置出力シャフトに選択的に接続できる第1の中間出力シャフトを駆動し;
第1の遊星ギヤが、伝動装置の低体制作動において制動素子を介して装置出力シャフトに選択的に接続できる出力を有する第2の外サイクル歯車列のための入力を提供する;
ことを特徴とする伝動装置。 - 前記第1の中間出力シャフトは混合外サイクル歯車列の第1の遊星ギヤにより駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1の伝動装置。
- 前記出力シャフト上のサンギヤは入力サンギヤと同じ寸法であることを特徴とする請求項2の伝動装置。
- 前記混合外サイクル歯車列の遊星ギヤの軸は、第1の遊星ギヤと一緒に回転する第2の遊星ギヤを担持し、第1の中間出力シャフトを駆動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの伝動装置。
- 前記第2の遊星ギヤは第1の遊星ギヤと同じ寸法であることを特徴とする請求項4の伝動装置。
- 前記混合外サイクル歯車列の第1の遊星ギヤの軸は、第1の遊星ギヤと一緒に回転する第3の遊星ギヤを担持し、第2の外サイクル歯車列のための入力を提供することを特徴とする請求項4又は5の伝動装置。
- 前記第2の外サイクル歯車列は混合外サイクル歯車列により駆動される第2の入力サンギヤと、第2の入力サンギヤにより駆動される遊星ギヤと、第2の外サイクル歯車列の出力を形成する遊星キャリヤとを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの伝動装置。
- 前記混合外サイクル歯車列と第2の入力サンギヤとを接続する中間伝動装置を有することを特徴とする請求項7の伝動装置。
- 前記第2の外サイクル歯車列は第2の外サイクル歯車列の遊星ギヤに係合する第2のサンギヤを有することを特徴とする請求項7の伝動装置。
- 前記第2のサンギヤを選択的に制動する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項9の伝動装置。
- 前記制動素子は、第2のサンギヤと伝動装置ケーシングとの間に位置するクラッチを有することを特徴とする請求項10の伝動装置。
- 前記サンギヤは、伝動装置ケーシングに関して静止状態に保持され、制動素子が第2の外サイクル歯車列の出力を装置出力シャフトに選択的に接続するクラッチ手段を有することを特徴とする請求項9の伝動装置。
