Claims (15)
- 接着剤が塗布された基材シートと被覆シートとの間に、粉粒体層が挟み込まれて接着一体化されてなるシート状体を製造する装置であって、
上記基材シートをロール面に抱かせた状態で移動させる受け渡しロールと、
上記粉粒体層をロール面に抱かせた状態で移動させながら基材シートに転写させる仮受けロールと、
上記被覆シートをロール面に抱かせた状態で移動させながら、基材シートと上記粉粒体層と被覆シートとを接着一体化させる圧着固定ロールとを有し、
上記圧着固定ロールよりも前に、上記受け渡しロールの基材シートに被覆シートを圧接する圧接ロールが設けられていることを特徴とするシート状体の製造装置。 - 上記受け渡しロールと仮受けロールと圧着固定ロールの表面周速度は、同じ若しくは仮受けロールが遅く設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 上記仮受けロールのロール面に、上記粉粒体層を受け入れて層状に保持した状態で移動させるための凹溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 上記仮受けロールのロール面に対向して、上記粉粒体層を保持するためのガイド部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 上記受け渡しロールのロール面に、上記仮受けロールと同じパターンの凹溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 上記仮受けロールと上記受け渡しロールとが接近し、上記受け渡しロールと上記圧着固定ロールとが接近していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 上記仮受けロールと上記受け渡しロールとが上下方向に接近し、上記受け渡しロールと上記圧着固定ロールとが左右方向に接近していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 上記圧着固定ロールと受け渡しロールの少なくとも一方は熱ロールであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 上記受け渡しロールに、上記粉粒体層の流動を防ぐ保護板部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 上記受け渡しロールのロール面と保護板部材との間隔は、0.5〜5mmの範囲に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のシート状体の製造装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシート状体の製造装置により、接着剤が塗布された基材シートと被覆シートとの間に、粉粒体層が挟み込まれて接着一体化されてなるシート状体を製造する方法であって、
上記基材シートと粉粒体層と被覆シートとを、それぞれをロール面に抱かせた状態で移動させながら、基材シートに粉粒体層を転写させた後に、基材シートと粉粒体層と被覆シートとを接着一体化することを特徴とするシート状体の製造方法。 - 上記粉粒体層を基材シートと同じ方向に移動させながら基材シートに転写させることを特徴とする請求項11記載のシート状体の製造方法。
- 上記基材シートに上記粉粒体層を転写する工程と、被覆シートを接着する工程とが、上記受け渡しロール面で行われることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のシート状体の製造方法。
- 上記粉粒体層は、高吸水性樹脂粒子層であることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載のシート状体の製造方法。
- 請求項14に記載の製造方法で製造されたシート状体を、液透過性のトップシートと液不透過性のバックシートの間に挟み込んで接着一体化して、使い捨て吸収性物品を製造することを特徴とするシート状体を用いた使い捨て吸収性物品の製造方法。
