Description
Claims (2)
- 食肉処理動物の、肉を有する肢部またはその一部分から、細長い骨を除去するための方法であって、該骨は、その骨の互いに反対側にある端部に、第1の関節端部と第2の関節端部を有し、第2の関節端部は、該骨と食肉処理動物の身体との間の身体関節の一部分を形成する身体関節端部であり、かつ、第1の関節端部は、肢部の次の関節の一部分を形成するものであり、
スクレープするデバイスが用いられ、該スクレープするデバイスは、
肉から取り出された該骨の一部を受け入れるように構成されたアームを有し、かつ、
前記アームに対して相対的に移動可能であって、該骨に沿ってスクレープするためのスクレーピングエレメントを有するものであって、
当該方法は、
該骨の第1の関節端部を肉から分離させ、かつ、該骨の第1の関節端部を該肉から取り出すステップを有し、ここで、該肉と該骨の第2の関節端部との間の組織結合は存続しており、
スクレープするデバイスのアーム内に、該肉から分離させて該肉から取り出した該骨の第1の関節端部を位置させるステップを有し、
前記スクレーピングエレメントを、骨に対して、かつ、該骨の長手方向に、該骨の第2の関節端部を越えた位置まで移動させるステップを有し、
骨の第2の関節端部とスクレーピングエレメントとの間において、肢部と骨との間の組織結合を切断することによって、該組織結合を機械的に分断するステップを有する、

該スクレープするデバイスは、スクレーピングエレメントを有し、該スクレーピングエレメントは、該骨に沿ってかつ該骨の長手方向にスクレープするためのものであり、該アームに対して相対的に、該骨の第2の関節端部を越えた位置まで移動可能であって、
当該アセンブリは、
切断するブレードを有し、該ブレードは、該スクレーピングエレメントが該骨の第2の関節端部を超えた位置にあるときに、該スクレーピングエレメントと、該骨の第2の関節端部との間において、組織結合を切断するためのものである、
前記アセンブリ。
