Description
Claims (11)
- 第1封止圧力を発生させるための、封止本体に一体的に形成された、少なくとも1つのバネ要素を有する、揺動機構の羽根車と前記羽根車を囲包する構成要素との間を封止する封止機構であって、
前記封止本体(10)は、前記第1封止圧力を増大させる第2封止圧力を発生させるために圧力媒体(12)による作用を受ける内部空間(11)を有し、
前記封止本体(10)は、第1及び第2側板(13、14)と底部(15)とを備えた、3面が閉じ、1面が開いている少なくとも1つの断面を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのバネ要素のうちの第1バネ要素(17)は、前記第1側板(13)の端面(18)に一体的に形成され、その端面(18)は前記底部(15)から離れる方向を向いていることを特徴とする封止機構。 - 前記底部(15)の外部表面(16)は、前記側板(13、14)から離れる方向を向いていて、少なくとも1つの第1封止表面を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止機構。
- 前記外部表面(16)は凸面構造を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の封止機構。
- 前記第1バネ要素(17)は、前記封止本体(10)の軸方向に延びる2本のバネアーム(19、20)を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の封止機構。
- 第2バネ要素(22)は、前記第2側板(14)に、その端面(21)に一体的に形成され、前記端面は前記底部(15)から離れる方向を向いていることを特徴とする請求項3あるいは4に記載の封止機構。
- 前記第2側板(14)の方向に延びるタブ(25)は、前記第1側板(13)に、その端面(18)に、一体的に形成され、前記端面は前記底部(15)から離れる方向を向いていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の封止機構。
- 前記第1側板(13)の方向に延びるタブ(26)は、前記第2側板(14)に、その端面(21)に一体的に形成され、前記端面は前記底部(15)から離れる方向を向いていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の封止機構。
- 前記タブ(25、26)は、前記封止本体(10)の軸方向端部領域に一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6あるいは7に記載の封止機構。
- バネ鋼板から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の封止機構。
- 羽根車(27)及びその羽根車(27)を囲包する構成要素(29)を備え、さらに請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の封止機構を備えた、カムシャフトタイミング装置用揺動機構。
- 前記封止機構は、溝(30)内に、長手方向範囲に対して横方向の遊びを持って、配置され、前記内部空間(11)は、前記遊びに起因する自由空間(31)を通る前記圧力媒体(12)による作用を受けることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の揺動機構。
