Description
前記羽根車による昇圧前の液体の圧力をP4とするとして、前記モータ室の圧力を前記圧力P2よりも低く、前記圧力P4よりも高い圧力P3に保つために、前記モータ室内の液体を戻り管により前記多段の羽根車の中間段に戻すことにより、前記モータ室内の圧力P3を保持するようにしたことを特徴としている。

Claims (2)
- モータ室に配置の駆動用のモータ、前記モータに接続された回転軸、前記回転軸に装着され、前記モータによる回転駆動で液体の昇圧をなす多段の羽根車、および前記回転軸を支持する軸受を備えるとともに、前記軸受へのスラスト荷重を低減させるための軸スラスト平衡装置を備え、前記軸スラスト平衡装置にはバランスディスクが設けられ、前記バランスディスクは、前記回転軸に装着され、この回転軸への装着状態で前記羽根車の配置側に臨む前面部を有するとともに前記前面部の反対側である背面部を有するように形成され、そして前記軸スラスト平衡装置は、前記モータ室の側に前記バランスディスクに沿って漏出させられる前記羽根車による昇圧液体にて、前記バランスディスクの前記前面部に圧力P1が加えられる一方で、前記バランスディスクの前記背面部に前記圧力P1よりも低い圧力P2が加えられることにより、前記スラスト荷重低減作用を発揮するようにされているポンプ装置において、
前記羽根車による昇圧前の液体の圧力をP4とするとして、前記モータ室の圧力を前記圧力P2よりも低く、前記圧力P4よりも高い圧力P3に保つために、前記モータ室内の液体を戻り管により前記多段の羽根車の中間段に戻すことにより、前記モータ室内の圧力P3を保持するようにしたことを特徴とするポンプ装置。 - 前記モータ室に漏れ出した液体の戻し流路に圧力調整手段を設けることにより、前記圧力P3を調整できるようにしてなる請求項1に記載のポンプ装置。
