Description
陰極: Ca2++2e-→Ca ・・(ii)
生成するCl2ガスは電解浴4中を上昇して浴4外へ移行し、Caは溶融塩化カルシウムとの比重差により浮上して、溶融塩化カルシウムの液面でCa層6を形成する。このCa層6を抜き出すことにより、金属Caを得ることができる。なお、浴4外へ移行するCl2ガスは、回収され、再利用される。
細孔を円筒形であると仮定して、全細孔容積(V=πD2L/4)を全細孔表面
積(A=πDL)で除した値(D=4V/A)。ここで、Vは全細孔の容積の合 計値、Lは平均細孔深さである。
セラミックス体の容積に対する全開気孔(セラミックス体の一方の面から他方の
面までつながっている気孔)の容積の割合。閉気孔の容積は含まない。

Claims (5)
- 電解法による金属製造方法であって、純度が90質量%以上のイットリアを含む多孔質セラミックス体を隔膜として使用し、カルシウム塩またはカルシウム塩を含む混合塩の溶融物を電解浴として使用し、金属カルシウムまたは金属カルシウムを含む溶融塩を得ることを特徴とする金属製造方法。
- 前記多孔質セラミックス体の気孔率が3〜55%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製造方法。
- 前記隔膜の厚みが0.3〜20mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製造方法。
- 前記多孔質セラミックス体の細孔径が0.5〜24μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製造方法。
- 電解時の電流密度が0.2〜20A/cm 2 であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製造方法。
