駆動軸に動力を出力可能とする動力出力装置であって、
筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内用燃料噴射弁と吸気ポートに燃料を噴射するポート用燃料噴射弁とを有する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関からの動力をトルク変換を伴って前記駆動軸に出力可能なトルク変換手段と、
前記駆動軸に出力すべき目標駆動力を設定する目標駆動力設定手段と、
前記設定された目標駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力する目標動力を設定する目標動力設定手段と、
前記設定された目標動力と、前記筒内用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射との分担率と、第1の分担率で前記筒内用燃料噴射弁と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁とから燃料噴射した際に前記内燃機関の運転状態に課す制約である第1の制約と、前記第1の分担率とは異なる第2の分担率で前記筒内用燃料噴射弁と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁とから燃料噴射した際に前記内燃機関の運転状態に課す制約である第2の制約と、に基づいて前記内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定する目標運転状態設定手段と、
前記内燃機関が前記分担率による燃料噴射を伴って前記設定された目標運転状態で運転されると共に前記設定された目標駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク変換手段とを制御する制御手段と、

筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内用燃料噴射弁と吸気ポートに燃料を噴射するポート用燃料噴射弁とを有する内燃機関と、前記内燃機関からの動力をトルク変換を伴って駆動軸に出力可能なトルク変換手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)前記駆動軸に出力すべき目標駆動力を設定すると共に前記設定した目標駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力する目標動力を設定し、
(b)前記設定した目標動力と、前記筒内用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射との分担率と、第1の分担率で前記筒内用燃料噴射弁と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁とから燃料噴射した際に前記内燃機関の運転状態に課す制約である第1の制約と、前記第1の分担率とは異なる第2の分担率で前記筒内用燃料噴射弁と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁とから燃料噴射した際に前記内燃機関の運転状態に課す制約である第2の制約と、に基づいて前記内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定し、
(c)前記内燃機関が前記分担率による燃料噴射を伴って前記設定した目標運転状態で運転されると共に前記設定された目標駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク変換手段とを制御する
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (8)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力可能とする動力出力装置であって、
筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内用燃料噴射弁と吸気ポートに燃料を噴射するポート用燃料噴射弁とを有する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関からの動力をトルク変換を伴って前記駆動軸に出力可能なトルク変換手段と、
前記駆動軸に出力すべき目標駆動力を設定する目標駆動力設定手段と、
前記設定された目標駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関から出力する目標動力を設定する目標動力設定手段と、
第1の分担率で前記筒内用燃料噴射弁と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁とから燃料噴射した際に前記内燃機関の回転数とトルクとからなる運転状態に課す制約である第1の制約と前記設定された目標動力とに基づいて前記内燃機関の運転状態である第1運転状態を設定すると共に前記第1の分担率とは異なる第2の分担率で前記筒内用燃料噴射弁と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁とから燃料噴射した際に前記内燃機関の回転数とトルクとからなる運転状態に課す制約である第2の制約と前記設定された目標動力とに基づいて前記内燃機関の運転状態である第2運転状態を設定し、前記設定した第1運転状態と第2運転状態とを前記第1の分担率と前記第2の分担率とに対する前記筒内用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射との分担率の比率で按分した運転状態を前記内燃機関の目標運転状態として設定する目標運転状態設定手段と、
前記内燃機関が前記分担率による燃料噴射を伴って前記設定された目標運転状態で運転されると共に前記設定された目標駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記トルク変換手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 請求項1記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記第1の制約および前記第2の制約は、複数の条件に対する複数の制約を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記複数の条件のうち同一の条件に対応する前記第1の制約と前記第2の制約とを用いて前記目標運転状態を設定する手段である
動力出力装置。 - 前記複数の制約は、前記内燃機関を効率よく運転する効率運転制約と前記内燃機関から高トルクを出力する高トルク出力制約とのうち少なくとも一方を含む請求項2記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記第1の制約は、前記筒内用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射だけで前記内燃機関を運転する際の制約であり、
前記第2の制約は、前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射だけで前記内燃機関を運転する際の制約である
動力出力装置。 - 請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記トルク変換手段は、無段変速機であり、
前記制御手段は、前記設定された目標運転状態における回転数で前記内燃機関が回転するよう前記トルク変換手段の変速比を変更する手段である
動力出力装置。 - 請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記トルク変換手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備える手段であり、
前記制御手段は、前記設定された目標運転状態で前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する手段である
動力出力装置。 - 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力された動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機とを備える手段である請求項6記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、車軸が前記駆動軸に接続されてなる車両。
