Claims (7)
- 自動車両用の懸架システムであって、この懸架システムが、アウタパイプ(4)と、作動シリンダ(3)と、ピストンロッド(7)と、減衰バルブを有する減衰ピストン(19)とを備えた少なくとも1つのピストン・シリンダ・アセンブリから成り、アウタパイプ(4)と作動シリンダ(3)の間の調整空間(5)内に形状可変式の閉じた包囲体(2)が設けられていて、その壁部が気密の遮断層から成り、接続要素(10)を有し、この接続要素(10)がピストンロッドガイド(6)内に受容されていて、ピストンロッドガイド(6)の穴(11)内で形状締結により保持されている、前記懸架システムにおいて、
形状締結として解除可能なバヨネット式ロック装置が設けられていて、包囲体(2)が、接続要素(10)を用い、稼動にとって意図されてないポジションでピストンロッドガイド(6)内に挿入され、包囲体(2)と接続要素(10)の引き続く回転により最終ポジションにもたらされ、この最終ポジションでは接続要素(10)がピストンロッドガイド(6)に対して形状締結により固定されていて、残りの構成部品の組立後には包囲体(2)が最終ポジションにあるためにこの形状締結の解除が不可能であることを特徴とする懸架システム。 - 穴(11)がブッシュ(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の懸架システム。
- 接続要素(10)に少なくとも1つのカム(14)が備えられていて、このカム(14)がブッシュ(12)の穴(16)に係合することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の懸架システム。
- 接続要素(10)の肩部(18)とブッシュ(12)との間でシール(15)が締め付けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の懸架システム。
- ブッシュ(12)が穴(11)内で力締結により固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の懸架システム。
- ブッシュ(12)がプレス嵌めにより穴(11)内に受容されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の懸架システム。
- ピストンロッドガイド(6)と包囲体(2)の構成ユニットが機能に関して検査可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の懸架システム。
