CaCO3+TiO2+PrCl3+Al(OH)3 → CaTiO3:Pr,Al・・・(1)
Claims (2)
- CaTiO3(チタン酸カルシウム)を母体とし、Pr(プラセオジム)がその母体に対して0.008乃至0.023(mol%)の範囲内の割合で第1添加物として添加されると共に、前記母体100(mol%)に対して0.13(mol%)以上のZn(亜鉛)および0.07(mol%)以上のMg(マグネシウム)のうちの少なくとも一種が第2添加物(M)として添加され、更にLi(リチウム)が第3添加物として前記母体100(mol%)に対して0.5(mol%)以上添加され、10(V)から100(V)の低速電子線で励起発光させることを特徴とする蛍光表示管用のCaTiO3:Pr,M蛍光体。
- 前記請求項1に記載されたCaTiO 3 :Pr,M蛍光体を発光源として備えたことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
