Claims (5)
- Mg100−xRExで表される合金(RE:希土類元素の少なくとも1つ)であり、x=1〜50であり、かつ水素化物の結晶構造として正方晶系構造を持つ水素吸蔵合金水素化物とMgH2の2相構造をなしていることを特徴とする水素吸蔵合金。
- REがLa,Ce,Pr,Ndの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素吸蔵合金。
- 出発材料を所要の組成となるように混合し、それを、2GPa以上,温度1000K以上という超高圧超高温環境下で固相反応合成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水素吸蔵合金の製造方法。
- 出発材料が、Mgの水素化物およびREの水素化物であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水素吸蔵合金の製造方法。
- 出発物質が、Mg、REと水素を発生する物質の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水素吸蔵合金の製造方法。
