Description
排ガス発生源からの排ガスを案内する手段と、
案内された排ガスが通過することにより、その排ガスに随伴される臭気物質を吸着するように、多数の粒状活性炭から層状に形成された活性炭吸着手段と、
この活性炭吸着手段を通過した前記排ガスに随伴される所定の物質を捕集するバグフィルタとを備える。
排ガスを活性炭吸着手段へ案内する段階と、
活性炭吸着手段の外壁の外側から内側に向かって、排ガスを流速3乃至12m毎分、粒状活性炭との接触時間0.3乃至1.0秒で外壁を通過させることにより、臭気物質を粒状活性炭粒子に吸着させる段階とを含む。
排ガス発生源から排ガスを案内する案内手段と、
多数の粒状活性炭からなる層を筒体状に形成した筒体状脱臭フィルタとを備え、
案内手段が、筒体の外側から内側に向かって排ガスを案内して、この排ガスを流速3乃至12m毎分、粒状活性炭との接触時間0.3乃至1.0秒で、包囲された粒状活性炭を通過させる。
Claims (2)
- レーザー加工機により樹脂、ゴム、IC基板などを加工する際に発生し、且つ基質が気体相と蒸気相とのうちの何れか一方又は双方である臭気物質を含有する排ガスを処理する集塵機であって、
前記排ガスが貫流することにより、その排ガスから前記臭気物質を除去するように、平均粒径が1.0乃至10.0mmの多数の粒状活性炭から筒体状に形成された活性炭吸着手段と、
この活性炭吸着手段を貫流した前記排ガスが貫流することにより、その排ガスから粉塵を除去するバグフィルタとを備えると共に、
前記活性炭吸着手段の外壁の外側から内側に向かって、前記排ガスを流速3乃至12m毎分、前記粒状活性炭との接触時間0.3乃至1.0秒で通過させることを特徴とする脱臭機能付き集塵機。 - 前記活性炭吸着手段の筒体は、横断面の輪郭が円形若しくは星形であるか、又は蛇腹形状の外周を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脱臭機能付き集塵機。
