Description
前述した種類の二重チューブ及び他の種類の2チャンバ又は多チャンバのチューブは、特に、互いに接触すると化学的に又は他の方法で容易に反応する異なる種類の製品又は成分を詰めるのに用いる。このような反応は、チューブから部分的に又は全体的に吐出された内容物についてのみ起こるようにするのが望ましい。このような条件では、各成分はチューブ内で別々に保管されなければならない。
従来、冒頭に記載した種類の二重チューブは、大きな問題を引き起こしてきたものであり、上述した障害を伴うことなくチューブ充填装置で二重チューブの端部を効率よくシールすることができなかった。
本発明の目的は、請求項1によるシール方法によって、また請求項3に記載のチューブ充填装置よって達成する。
図1の二重チューブ10は、内側チューブ11と、外側チューブ12とを有する。これら2個のチューブをチューブ肩部13に連結し、この肩部13には、内側チューブ11の内容物と、内側チューブ及び外側チューブ間のギャップ状の空間の内容物とを個別に分注しその後混合するための通路(図示せず)がある。このチューブ肩部の上にはチューブキャップ14がある。
しかし、原則として他の断面形状とすることもできる。
Claims (5)
- 内側チューブ(11)と、この内側チューブをギャップを介して包囲した外側チューブ(12)とを有し、これら内側及び外側のチューブの双方を共通のチューブ肩部(13)に連結し、このチューブ肩部が、吐出開口を通じて内側及び外側のチューブからの製品を所望の方法で分注する手段を有する種類のチューブに充填するチューブ充填装置における端部シール方法であって、製品を充填した後のチューブを、処理に必要な順序で、段歩的に動作するコンベヤにより、コンベヤ通路に沿って配置したクランプジョーにより作動する端部シールステーションに個々に或いはグループ毎に送り、チューブをこの端部シールステーションで端部をシールし、チューブ充填装置から送出ステーションにチューブを送るチューブの端部シール方法において、
端部シールステーションに先行する熱活性化ステーションであって、クランプジョーにより作動する後続の端部シールステーションでの、製品を充填したチューブの端部をシールすることを目的としてチューブの熱活性可能な端部を活性化するための当該熱活性化ステーションにおいて、熱風とする熱ガス用の2部分構成のノズル(22)を、出口開口(23)を有する外側環状部(24)を前記内側及び外側のチューブ間のギャップ内に導入し、且つ出口開口(29)を有するほぼ円筒状部分(28)を前記内側チューブ内に導入し、
冷えた状態である芯出しスリーブ(30)を、前記外側チューブを導入するためのギャップを残して、前記外側環状部(24)の外面周囲に配置し、
前記熱ガスを、個々のノズル部分用の別個の通路(26,31)を通じて供給し、内側チューブ及び外側チューブの材料が異なる際、これらへの熱の供給を最適化する
ことを特徴とするチューブの端部シール方法。 - 前記芯出しスリーブ(30)に、この芯出しスリーブを直接冷却するための冷却ダクト
(34)を設けた請求項1に記載の端部シール方法。 - 内側チューブ(11)と、この内側チューブをギャップを介して包囲した外側チューブ(12)とを有し、これら内側及び外側のチューブの双方が共通のチューブ肩部(13)と連結し、このチューブ肩部が、吐出開口を通じて内側及び外側のチューブからの製品を所望の方法で分注する手段を有する種類のチューブの端部をシールするための構成を有するチューブ充填装置であって、製品を充填した後のチューブを、処理に必要な順序で、段歩的に動作するコンベヤにより、コンベヤ通路に沿って配置したクランプジョーにより作動する端部シールステーションに個々に或いはグループ毎に送り、チューブをこの端部シールステーションで端部シールを行い、チューブ充填装置から送出ステーションにチューブを送るチューブ充填装置において、
端部シールステーションに先行する熱活性化ステーションであって、クランプジョーにより作動する後続の端部シールステーションでの、製品を充填したチューブの端部をシールすることを目的としてチューブの熱活性可能な端部を活性化するための当該熱的活性化ステーションにおいて、
熱風とする熱ガス用の2部分構成のノズル(22)であって、動作の際前記内側及び外側のチューブ間のギャップ内に導入される出口開口(23)を有する外側環状部(24)と、前記内側チューブ内に導入される出口開口(29)を有するほぼ円筒状部分(28)とを具えたノズル(22)と、
冷えた状態である芯出しスリーブ(30)であって、前記外側チューブを導入するためのギャップを残して、前記外側環状部(24)の外面の周囲に配置した芯出しスリーブ(30)とを具え、
熱ガス用の前記出口開口(23,29)が、個々のノズル部(24,28)から内側チューブ端部の内面及び外側チューブ端部の内面に熱ガスを別個に供給し、前記内側及び外側のチューブの材料が異なる際、これらへの熱の供給を最適化する構成としたことを特徴とするチューブ充填装置。 - 前記芯出しスリーブ(30)に、この芯出しスリーブを直接冷却するための冷却ダクト(34)を設けた請求項3に記載のチューブ充填装置。
- 芯出しスリーブ(30)、環状熱風ノズル部(24)及び円筒状熱風ノズル部(28)に円錐状入口部を設けた請求項3に記載のチューブ充填装置。
