本发明涉及管子填充机和一种用该机器进行填充的方法。更精细地,本发明涉及双管的填充。这就意味着这种管子具有一个内管和带间隙地围绕内管的一个外管,两者皆连接到一个共同的管肩,管肩具有以所需方式将产品从内管和外管传送通过一个排空出口的装置。
背景技术
所述类型的双管和其他类型的两腔或多腔管已被用于其他事物,用来封装不同类型的物品或物质。这些物品或物质都具有容易彼此发生化学反应或其他反应的共同特性。现在希望只有在物品从管子中被卸出时,发生部分或完全接触的情况下,才发生这些反应。因此在这种情况下,这些物品只能被完全分开地储存在管子中。
除了上述应用之外,也还有其他的应用。例如,双管或其它多腔管可以被用来传输成条牙膏。
文件US-A-1 676 734公开了一种顺序地填充双管的内外管的早期方案。
然而,目前缺乏有效的填充方法和有经济竞争力的管子填充机,用以进行快速可靠地处理所述双管。
像这样的管子填充机能够在没有导致机器操作停止的情况下精确、大量地生产出无缺陷的填充管,导致机器操作停止的情况比如填充过程中的污染、已填充管子的低劣密封或其他中断工作的故障。
为了提高生产量,在满足填充的需要时,也可能会在填充工作站对大量的管子同时用并行的方式进行填充。
在前面的叙述中提到的这种双管以前已经出现了极大的问题,并且不可能在管子填充机中有效地对管子进行填充而不考虑上面所述的妨害。
因此本发明的目的是消除这种缺陷并提供有效的双管填充处理方法和用于这种双管的管子填充机。
发明内容

具体实施方式
图1中的双管10具有一个内管11和一个外管12。这两根管被连接到一个管肩13上,管肩13中有多个通道(未示出),这些通道用于分开分配并随后混合内管11的物质与内/外管之间间隙空间的物质。在管肩上还有一个管帽14。
在所示的实施例中,内管、外管、管肩和管帽均有一个圆形横截面,在下面描述的填充过程中优先选用该圆形截面。
然而,从原理上讲,其他的截面形状也是可以的。
双管部件的选料取决于用途。通常使用有或没有阻挡层的聚烯烃类的热塑料,例如,聚乙烯,聚丙烯等。然而,为了适用在我们的共同待审的申请号为0203294-4的瑞典分案专利中描述的热气活化技术和热封方法,附图1中的双管的开端部要含有可热封材料。
双管10直接从装满大量管子的运输包装被插入管子填充机并通过管子制造商提供。这些管子可能会严重变形和脱离其开放端处的圆形横截面。附图1中所示欲插入管子填充机的双管适度地偏离圆形横截面。然而,鉴于内管和外管之间的间隙宽度相当窄,例如5毫米级数,所作的处理必然会是一个细致的操作,不仅主要与填充间隙空间相关的操作如此,随后密封的热作用过程中的操作也是如此。

在位置a,传送带16停止前进。管架15位于它的传送位置,提升装置17未与管架相接触,并且定心套19处于绕填充喷嘴的分配端有一间隙的的位置上。
随着传送带停止前进,提升装置17开始工作,双管的开放端被定心套19和心轴20分别从外面和里面中心定位,也就是说外管由定心套给出一个圆形横截面,内管必然在心轴20上成形至一个圆形横截面。这将发生在步骤b。
在步骤c中,双管被提升装置17提升到一个位置,在该位置上填充管18f的管口会靠近管肩并且用一种不干涉的方式被定位到内管和外管之间的间隙空间中。定心套19已被竖直向上提升(通过伺服单元,兼有管架)并与双管的开放端保持相对位置。心轴20位于内管11的内部。然后对间隙空间的填充就可以开始了。在此过程中,管架15和定心套19向下移动(通过它们的伺服单元)直到管子返回到步骤b中的位置。在整个过程中,定心套19都要相对于双管保持自己的位置。在步骤d中,内管和外管之间的间隙空间的填充已完成,然后在步骤e中,管架15返回到传输位置。继续将所用的物质填充到内管11中。双管10将继续被传送向下一个填充工作站。从所示的填充点,内管11从原理上就是一个常规的单管,但是具有因间隙空间被填充而产生的改善的体积稳定性,并且能简单地被填充单管用的填充喷嘴所填充。
本发明提供了一种管子填充机和填充所述双管的优选处理方法。在参照附图进行的描述中,本发明的原理一方面通过附图,另一方面通过部件的特别实施例被展示出来。
在权利要求的范围内,这些部件当然可以在设计上有所变化。其意图在于表明本发明的范围只由权利要求的内容限定。

Claims (8)

1.在管子填充机中进行管子(10)填充的方法,所述管子(10)具有一个内管(11)和带间隙地围绕内管的一个外管(12),两者被连接到一个共同的管肩(13)上,管肩具有以所需的方式将产品从内管和外管传送通过一个排出口的装置,管子依传送带(16)工作步骤被单独或成组地送到沿传送带路径设置的填充站,按加工必要顺序步进工作,在填充站填充一个或多个管子、密封后、从所述管子填充机输送到一个馈出站,其特征在于,在一个填充站中,用一个可以插入间隙的细长喷嘴(18)首先填充位于内管(11)和外管(12)之间的管子(10)的间隙,细长喷嘴(18)设有一个中心定位的阳型心轴(20)、填充管(18f)还有与所述间隙结构相应的产品输送口,作为第一步,外管(12)的开放端设有圆形横截面并通过外绕喷嘴的定心套(19)相对于所述喷嘴进行中心定位,同时,内管的开放端设有其圆形横截面并通过中心定位的阳型心轴(20)相对于喷嘴中心定位,从而外管和内管被中心定位,所述喷嘴(18)被定位于其开始填充的初始位置上,与所述管肩距离很小,然后,所述定心套(19)保持绕在所述管子开放端,所述喷嘴(18)沿离开管里的方向上被引导,从所述开始填充位置到相应于所要的填充水平的最终位置,进而,所述内管(11)通过一个填充管被填充,这个填充管能够被定中地引入到所述内管中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述喷嘴(18)与所述管子之间的相对运动是通过以下方式达到的:所述喷嘴固定支撑在机架上,一管架(15)可在机架上竖直地升降,以及所述定心套(19)可在机架上竖直地升降并与所述管架的运动同步。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述喷嘴被制成带有数个填充管(18f),这些填充管(18f)外绕所述心轴(20)圆周的整个周边相互均匀间隔设置。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,被处理的所述管子具有一个外管(12)和一个内管(11),具有一个至少自其开放端沿所述大部分主体是圆筒状的管体。
5.用于填充管子(10)的管子填充机,所述管子(10)具有一个内管(11)和带间隙地将之围绕的一个外管(12),两者被连接到一个共同的管肩(13)上,管肩具有以所需方式从内管和外管将产品输送通过一个排出口的装置,管子依传送带(16)工作步骤被单独或成组地送到一个沿传送带设置的填充站,按填充必须顺序步进工作,一个或多个管子在填充站被填充、密封后、管子从管子填充机输送到一个馈出站,其特征在于:
一个可插入内管(11)和外管(12)之间间隙的细长的喷嘴(18),提供有一个中心定位的阳型心轴(20)、设有填充管(18f)、并具有对应于间隙结构的产品输送口,沿着喷嘴的外围设置有一个定心套(19),
具有导致在所述管子(10)和所述喷嘴(18)之间相对运动的装置,
还具有在所述管子和所述喷嘴之间相对运动期间内、绕所述管子开放端持续保持所述定心套的装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的管子填充机,其特征在于,在所述管子和所述喷嘴之间相对移动的所述装置包括一个管架(15)和填充喷嘴(18),所述管架(15)可竖直升降并且受伺服控制地支承在所述机架上,而所述喷嘴(18)以位置固定的方式支承在所述机架上,并且,用于绕管子开放端保持定心套的所述装置包括一个伺服驱动单元。
7.根据权利要求6所述的管子填充机,其特征在于,所述喷嘴具有数个绕所述中心定位的阳型心轴的整个周边相互均匀间隔设置的填充管(18f)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的管子填充机,其特征在于,所述细长喷嘴(18)为带填充管(18f)的圆柱状,填充管(18f)位于所述喷嘴表面内侧,并且所述中心定位的阳型心轴(20)为带有圆锥形插入端(21)的圆柱形。
