Description
− 何れの場合も、それぞれ異なるマンドレルホイール上に配置された複数の包装スリーブの端部領域が並列に、かつ少なくとも部分的に、加熱され、
− それぞれ異なるマンドレルホイール上に配置された複数の包装スリーブの端部領域は、これらを並列に、かつ少なくとも部分的に加熱するために、請求項1〜16の何れか一項に記載の装置の加熱デバイスの間隙にそれぞれ少なくとも部分的に挿入され、この間隙内で高温空気が吹き付けられ、
− 少なくとも2つの包装スリーブの少なくとも部分的に、かつ並列に、加熱された端部領域は、封着によって閉じられ、
− 加熱対象空気が給気デバイスによって少なくとも2つの加熱デバイスに供給され、
− 少なくとも2つの加熱デバイスは、少なくとも1つのホルダによって給気デバイス上にそれぞれ個別に保持される、
方法によって達成される。
Claims (17)
- 食品を包装体に充填するための装置(1)であって、それぞれ異なるマンドレルホイール(8)上に配置された包装スリーブ(6)の封着対象の端部領域(10)を高温空気で少なくとも部分的に加熱するための加熱ユニット(11)を有し、それぞれ異なるマンドレルホイール(8)上に配置された前記加熱された包装スリーブ(6)の前記端部領域(10)を閉じて液密に溶着するための封着ユニットを有し、少なくとも片側が閉じられた前記包装スリーブ(6)に充填するための充填デバイス(26)を有し、前記加熱ユニット(11)は、それぞれ異なるマンドレルホイール(8)上に配置された封着対象の包装スリーブ(6)の端部領域(10)を高温空気で少なくとも部分的に加熱するための加熱デバイス(40)を複数備え、前記加熱ユニット(11)は加熱対象空気を前記加熱デバイス(40)に供給するための給気デバイス(41)を有し、前記加熱デバイス(40)の各々は、高温空気を作るための電気式発熱体(55)と、前記加熱デバイス(40)で作られた高温空気を前記包装スリーブ(6)の前記端部領域(10)に吹き付けるためのノズルユニット(46)とを有する、装置(1)において、
前記加熱デバイス(40)の各々は、少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)によって前記給気デバイス(41)に個別に接続され、前記少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)によって個別に前記給気デバイス(41)上に保持され、
前記少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)は、何れの場合も、加熱対象空気を前記加熱デバイス(40)に供給するための前記給気デバイス(41)の分配管(45)に接続された少なくとも2つの個別導管(72)を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)は分配管(45)上で前記給気デバイス(41)に接続されることと、前記加熱デバイス(40)の各々は前記少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)によって前記給気デバイス(41)の前記分配管(45)上に個別に保持されることとを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの加熱デバイス(40)の前記発熱体(55)は、何れの場合も、前記少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)によって前記給気デバイス(41)に流体接続されることと、前記少なくとも2つの加熱デバイス(40)は加熱対象空気が前記ホルダ(49)のみによって供給されるべく設計されることとを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)は、前記ノズルユニット(46)および/または前記発熱体(55)に割り当てられた前記加熱デバイス(40)の領域に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)は、前記ノズルユニット(46)に割り当てられた前記発熱体(55)の端部に、または前記ノズルユニット(46)と前記発熱体(55)との間の前記加熱デバイス(40)の領域に、設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱デバイス(40)の各々は、少なくとも2つのホルダ(49、50)によって前記給気デバイス(41)に個別に接続され、前記少なくとも2つのホルダ(49、50)によって前記給気デバイス(41)上に個別に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱デバイス(40)の各々は、加熱対象空気を前記発熱体(55)の外側に案内するための少なくとも1つの導管を有することと、前記発熱体(55)は、前記加熱対象空気が、前記ノズルユニット(46)の方向で、前記発熱体(55)の外側の前記導管内の前記加熱対象空気とは逆方向に少なくとも部分的に移送されるように、設計されることとを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱デバイス(40)の前記導管は、前記発熱体(55)の少なくとも一部分に対して少なくとも基本的に、円周方向に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱デバイス(40)の前記導管は、環状導管(51)であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱デバイス(40)の前記導管および前記加熱デバイス(40)の前記発熱体(55)は、前記導管内の前記加熱対象空気および前記発熱体(55)内の前記加熱対象空気が基本的に互いに逆方向に流れるように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記発熱体(55)への加熱対象空気の流量を調節するための調節ユニット(53)が設けられることと、前記調節ユニット(53)は自由流過横断面が可変の環状間隙を有することとを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルユニット(46)は、包装スリーブ(6)の一端を収容するための周方向間隙(47)を有することと、前記周方向間隙(47)は、高温空気がそこから流出する開口部(66)を複数有する内壁(65)および高温空気がそこから流出する開口部(70)を複数有する外壁(69)によって、画定されることとを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記周方向間隙(47)は、正方形または矩形の周方向間隙(47)であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 個々の前記開口部(66、70)によって形成される前記内壁(65)および/または前記外壁(69)の全開口部面積は、前記周方向間隙(47)の少なくとも1つの角領域の方が前記少なくとも1つの角領域の外側より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記内壁(65)および/または前記外壁の前記開口部(66)の輪郭(71)は、前記周方向間隙(47)の少なくとも1つの角領域において基本的にV字形であることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の装置。
- 前記周方向間隙(47)の幅は3mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項12〜15の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 包装体(2)を形成する方法であって、
− 何れの場合も、それぞれ異なるマンドレルホイール(8)上に配置された複数の包装スリーブ(6)の端部領域(10)が並列に、かつ少なくとも部分的に、加熱され、
− それぞれ異なるマンドレルホイール(8)上に配置された前記包装スリーブ(6)の前記端部領域(10)を並列に、かつ少なくとも部分的に、加熱するために、前記端部領域(10)の各々は、請求項1〜16の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)の加熱デバイス(40)の周方向間隙(47)に少なくとも部分的に挿入され、前記周方向間隙(47)内で高温空気が吹き付けられ、
− 前記少なくとも2つの包装スリーブ(6)の前記少なくとも部分的に、かつ並列に、加熱された端部領域(10)は、封着によって閉じられ、
− 加熱対象空気が給気デバイス(41)によって前記少なくとも2つの加熱デバイス(40)に供給され、
− 少なくとも2つの加熱デバイス(40)の各々は、少なくとも1つのホルダ(49)によって前記給気デバイス(41)上に個別に保持される、
方法。
