Description
また、突出部を備えていれば、その突出部を、環状壁の外側の環状発泡部から開口部を介して環状壁の内側の所定空間内へ挿入して、発泡基材の被係合部をホルダ部材の係合部に簡易に係合させることができる。そのため、より一層の作業効率の向上を図ることができる。また、突出部における環状壁の内側の所定空間内へ突出した遊端部は、発泡によって膨張するので、発泡時における被係合部の係合部に対する確実な係合を図ることができる。

Claims (7)
- 構造物の空間を発泡により充填するための発泡充填部材であって、
非発泡材料からなるホルダ部材と、発泡材料からなる発泡基材とを備え、
前記ホルダ部材は、前記発泡基材を支持する支持板と、前記支持板が延びる方向と直行する方向に立設され、内側に所定空間が形成されるように環状に形成される環状壁と、前記環状壁に設けられ、前記発泡基材を係合する係合部とを備え、
前記発泡基材は、前記支持板における前記環状壁の外周に支持される環状発泡部と、前記係合部に係合される被係合部とを備え、
前記ホルダ部材の前記係合部は、前記環状壁の周方向において開口されるスリット状の開口部を備え、
前記発泡基材の前記被係合部は、前記環状発泡部から前記開口部を介して前記環状壁の内側の所定空間内へ突出する突出部を備えていることを特徴とする、発泡充填部材。 - 前記発泡基材は、シート状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡充填部材。
- 前記ホルダ部材の前記係合部は、前記開口部において、前記環状壁の周方向に沿う前記開口部の内方へ突出され、前記支持板との間で、前記突出部を挟支する爪部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の発泡充填部材。
- 前記発泡基材の前記被係合部は、前記突出部における前記環状壁の内側の所定空間内へ突出する遊端部において、前記環状壁の周方向に沿って膨出する膨出部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の発泡充填部材。
- 前記環状壁の高さが、前記発泡基材の厚さよりも、大きく形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の発泡充填部材。
- 前記ホルダ部材は、前記構造物に装着するための装着部を備えており、
前記装着部には、前記発泡基材が埋設される埋設部が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の発泡充填部材。 - 前記ホルダ部材には、前記支持板の両面に、前記環状壁および前記係合部が設けられており、
前記発泡基材が、前記支持板の両面において支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の発泡充填部材。
