Description
‐誘電体基板の上面に被着されたマイクロストリップ線路と、
‐少なくとも一方の正面に穴とこの穴の領域で一方の側壁に形成された階段状構造とを備え、この構造が少なくとも一部でマイクロストリップ線路と導電接続され、導波管の側壁が基板上に形成された金属化層からなる、基板の上面に被着された導波管と、
‐金属化層に実施されマイクロストリップ線路を内部に突出させた凹部と、
‐基板の裏面に形成された裏面メタライジングと、
‐基板上面の金属化層と裏面メタライジングとの間に形成された、凹部を取り囲む導電性スルーホールとを含む。
Claims (8)
- 誘電体基板(S)の上面に被着されたマイクロストリップ線路(ML)と導波管との間に接合される接合用装置であって、
基板(S)の上面に被着され、少なくとも一方の正面に設けられた穴(OB)と、この穴(OB)の領域で一方の側壁に形成された階段状構造(ST)とを有し、この構造が少なくとも一部(ST1)でマイクロストリップ線路(ML)と導電接続された導波管部品(B)と、
基板(S)上に形成された金属化層(LS)と、
金属化層(LS)に形成されマイクロストリップ線路(ML)を内部に突出させた凹部(A)と、
基板(S)の裏面に形成された裏面メタライジング(RM)と、
基板(S)の上面の金属化層(LS)と裏面メタライジング(RM)との間に形成された、凹部(A)を取り囲む導電性スルーホール(VH)と、を備えた装置。 - 導波管部品(B)が表面実装部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 凹部(A)に対向する導波管部品(B)の側壁に階段状構造(ST)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 空隙を通した利用周波数範囲内の電磁波の放射が小さく、従って接合の機能が損失の増大または望ましくない配線によって損なわれないように、スルーホール(VH)の相互距離が選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- スルーホール(VH)が互いに平行に配置された複数の列で延びていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の装置。
- 基板(S)が基板(S)上面の金属化層(LS)の領域に導波管穴(DB)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 導波管穴(DB)の内表面が導電性であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 基板上面に対向する導波管部品(B)の側壁が導波管穴(DB)の領域に階段状構造(ST)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
