Abstract
【課題解決のための手段】この装置は、筒状部材(40)と、筒状部材の一方の端壁部材(44)に近い位置に設けられて、筒状部材(40)内の流体旋回室(46)に気液混合流体を供給するための流体導入孔(48)と、該端壁部材に設けられた流体吐出孔(50)とを有する気体旋回剪断装置(14)を有する。筒状部材の内周面は鏡面仕上げとされ、該筒状部材の内周面に開口した該流体導入孔に周方向で対応する当該内周面の部分に、該内周面の軸線方向で相互に間隔をあけて設けられた、幅及び深さが1mm以下の複数の環状溝56を有する。

Description
円筒状の内周面を有する筒状部材と、
該筒状部材の一端を閉じるように設定される第1端壁部材と、
該筒状部材の他端を閉じるように設定される第2端壁部材と、
該筒状部材、該第1端壁部材、及び、該第2端壁部材によって画定される流体旋回室と、
該筒状部材の軸線方向の中心位置よりも第2端壁部材寄りの位置に該筒状部材を貫通するように設けられ、気液混合流体を該流体旋回室内に、その接線方向で導入する1つの流体導入孔と、
該筒状部材の内周面の中心軸線に沿って該第2端壁部材を貫通する流体吐出孔と、
を備える気体旋回剪断装置を有し、
該筒状部材の内周面が鏡面仕上げとされ、
該筒状部材の内周面に開口した該流体導入孔に周方向で対応する当該内周面の部分に、該内周面の軸線方向で相互に間隔をあけて設けられた、幅及び深さが1mm以下の複数の環状溝を有する微細気泡発生装置を提供する。
Claims (15)
- 円筒状の内周面を有する筒状部材と、
該筒状部材の一端を閉じるように設定される第1端壁部材と、
該筒状部材の他端を閉じるように設定される第2端壁部材と、
該筒状部材、該第1端壁部材、及び、該第2端壁部材によって画定される流体旋回室と、
該筒状部材の軸線方向の中心位置よりも第2端壁部材寄りの位置に該筒状部材を貫通するように設けられ、気液混合流体を該流体旋回室内に、その接線方向で導入する1つの流体導入孔と、
該筒状部材の内周面の中心軸線に沿って該第2端壁部材を貫通する流体吐出孔と、
を備える気体旋回剪断装置を有し、
該筒状部材の内周面が鏡面仕上げとされ、
該筒状部材の内周面に開口した該流体導入孔に周方向で対応する当該内周面の部分に、該内周面の軸線方向で相互に間隔をあけて設けられた、幅及び深さが1mm以下の複数の環状溝を有する微細気泡発生装置。 - 該流体導入孔が、該第2端壁部材に近接して設定されている請求項1に記載の微細気泡発生装置。
- 該流体導入孔が断面円形とされ、少なくとも該流体導入孔の直径の0.5〜2倍の長さだけ該第2端壁部材から該軸線方向で離されている請求項2に記載の微細気泡発生装置。
- 該流体旋回室の軸線方向長さが、該流体導入孔の直径の6倍以上とされている請求項3に記載の微細気泡発生装置。
- 該流体導入孔が、該流体旋回室の内壁面に内接して接線方向に延びることを仮想した該流体導入孔の延長方向に対し、該流体旋回室に対する内接点を中心に10°以上30°以内の角度で延びるように設定されている請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の微細気泡発生装置。
- 該筒状部材及び第1及び第2端壁部材が、該流体導入孔から旋回室内に導入される流体によって発生する振動数とは異なる固有振動数を有する請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の微細気泡発生装置。
- 該気体旋回剪断装置の該流体導入孔に接続され液体を該流体旋回室に供給する渦流ポンプであって、ケーシングと、該ケーシング内で回転するインペラーと、該ケーシングの周壁に形成された液体入口と、該ケーシングの周壁に形成された気体入口と、該ケーシングの周壁に設けられ、該インペラーの回転により吸引された液体と気体とが混合されて形成された気液混合流体を吐出する流体出口とを有し、該渦流ポンプの流体出口が、該気体旋回剪断装置の流体導入孔に接続されている渦流ポンプを有する請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の微細気泡発生装置。
- 該気体旋回剪断装置の流体吐出孔に接続されて、該気体旋回剪断装置から吐出された流体を分散放出する分散器であって、円筒状の内周面を有する筒状部材と、該筒状部材の両端を閉じるように設定された端壁部材とを有し、該筒状部材の軸線方向の中心部分に該気体旋回剪断装置の該流体吐出孔に連通された流体入口と、該筒状部材の軸線に沿って該端壁部材を貫通するように設けられた流体出口とを有する分散器を有する請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の微細気泡発生装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかの微細気泡発生装置を使用して微細気泡を含んだ水を作り、該水を用いて物品の洗浄を行なうようにした洗浄方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかの微細気泡発生装置を使用して微細気泡を含んだ水を作り、該水に穀粒を浸漬し、該穀粒の含有水分を増加させる方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかの微細気泡発生装置を使用して微細窒素気泡を含んだ水を作り、該水を用いて食品の練り材料を作る方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかの微細気泡発生装置を使用して燃料油内に微細酸素気泡を発生し、燃焼効率のよい燃焼油を作る方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかの微細気泡発生装置を使用して浄化槽内の水に微細気泡を発生させ、活性汚泥を活性化させるようにした、浄化槽の活性化汚泥を活性化させる方法。
- 超重質油の埋蔵層に請求項1乃至8のいずれかの微細気泡発生装置を使用して作った微細気泡を含む水を供給し、該水を吸引して超重質油を採掘するようにした方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかの微細気泡発生装置を使用して浴槽内のお湯に微細気泡を発生させ温浴効果を向上させる方法。
