Claims (9)
- ストリッパーセクションとレクティファイヤーセクションとのための入口端と出口端とを備え、全ての側方が閉じたチャネルを有する熱交換器を具備し、コンプレッサーが前記ストリッパーセクションとレクティファイヤーセクションとの入口間に設けられ、前記熱交換器は、一連の隣接したプレートにより形成されており、ストリッパーセクションとレクティファイヤーセクションとのための全ての側方が閉じた前記チャネルが隣接した平行平板のプレート間で交互に規定されており、これらチャネルは、ほぼ垂直に延びており、中に収容されている液体が前記セクションのボトムに向かって可動となるように構成されている、混合流体を蒸発並びに精留するためのシステムにおいて、前記セクションのチャネルのフローの断面積が入口端から出口端に向かって小さくなり、
前記熱交換器は、反対方向に流れる熱交換器であり、前記ストリッパーセクションとレクティファイヤーセクションとの両方の断面積は、入口から出口端に向かって減少していおり、この断面積の変化は、熱交換器の全高さにわたっていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記フローの断面積は、序々に変化している請求項1のシステム。
- 前記フローの断面積は、段階的に変化している請求項1もしくは2のシステム。
- 前記チャネルは、プレートに形成された凹所により形成されている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1のシステム。
- 前記凹所は、前記プレートをエッチングすることにより形成されている請求項4のシステム。
- 前記チャネルは、互いに平行に配置されたプレートセクションにより規定されており、これらプレートセクションは、接着剤により互いに取着されている、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1のシステム。
- 前記レクティファイヤーセクションの出口端は、コンデンサーに接続されている請求項1ないし6のいずれか1のシステム。
- 前記ストリッパーセクションの出口端は、リボイラーに接続されている請求項1ないし7のいずれか1のシステム。
- 前記ストリッパーセクションのチャネルの軸は、レクティファイヤーセクションのチャネルの軸と平行である請求項1ないし8のいずれか1のシステム。
