Description
Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 접촉 모듈(20)과 복수 개의 수용 팬(26)을 구비하는 복수 개의 단(12)을 포함하는 것인 병류식 증기 액체 접촉을 수행하는 장치로서,상기 접촉 모듈은a) 실질적으로 평행하게 떨어져 있는 한쌍의 디미스터(demister)(24)와,b) 상기 한쌍의 디미스터(24) 사이에 배치되고, 디미스터(24)와 협동하여 접촉 용적(56)을 형성하며, 이 접촉 용적(56)과 유체 연통하는 유출구(34)를 구비하는 액체 분배기(22)를 포함하고,c) 각각의 디미스터(24)는 상기 접촉 용적과 유체 연통하는 유입구면(42)과, 상기 단의 각각의 상기 수용 팬(26) 위에 있는 유출구면(44)을 구비하며,상기 접촉 모듈의 적어도 일부분은 한쌍의 상기 수용 팬(26) 사이에 배치되고, 각각의 수용 팬은 적어도 하나의 덕트(28)를 구비하며, 하나의 수용 팬의 각각의 덕트는 개별 하부 액체 분배기(22)에 대한 유체 연통을 제공하고, 상기 단 중 적어도 하나의 단의 접촉 모듈은 상기 단 중 다른 하나의 단의 접촉 모듈에 대해 비평행하게 정렬되는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덕트(28) 각각은 관련 하부 액체 분배기(22) 내로 연장되는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 덕트는 확대된 마우스(mouth)를 포함하고, 각각의 덕트(28)와 관련 하부 액체 분배기(22) 사이에 증기 통로가 형성되는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용 팬(26) 중 적어도 하나는 2개의 모듈에 의해 공유되는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디미스터(24)는 수용 팬(26)에 의해 지지되는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부 액체 분배기의 저부에 근접한 상기 액체 분배기의 일부분을 덮는 유입구판(36)을 더 포함하고, 상기 유입구판(36)은 액체를 증기 스트림이 상방으로 흐르는 용적으로 안내하도록 구성된 복수 개의 측벽(38)을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용 팬(26) 중 적어도 하나는 적어도 2개의 덕트(28) 사이에 분할 배플(54)을 더 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 용적(56)은 접촉 모듈(20)의 하방에서 증가하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단을 수용하고, 적어도 하나의 공급 유입구와 2개의 유체 유출구를 포함하는, 실질적으로 밀폐된 수직 외측 베셀(10)을 더 포함하는 장치.
- a) 증기 스트림을 상방으로 접촉 용적(56)으로 들어가게 하는 단계와,b) 액체를 제1 액체 분배기(22)의 유출구(34)를 통해 접촉 용적(56)으로 안내하는 단계와,c) 액체를 증기에 비말 동반하여 병류식으로 디미스터(24)로 흐르게 하는 단계와,d) 디미스터(24)에서 증기로부터 액체를 분리하는 단계와,e) 디미스터(24)를 빠져나오는 증기 스트림을 상위 접촉 용적(56)에 들어가게 하는 단계와,f) 디미스터를 빠져나오는 액체를 수용 팬(26)으로 이송하는 단계, 그리고g) 수용 팬(26)에서 나온 액체를, 액체를 하부 액체 분배기(22)로 안내하는 적어도 하나의 덕트(28)로 통과시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 수용 팬(26) 중 하나에 결합된 각각의 덕트(28)는 액체를 개별 하부 액체 분배기(22)로 이송하고, 하부 액체 분배기는 제1 액체 분배기에 대해 비평행하게 정렬되는 것인 증기 액체 접촉 방법.
