Claims (5)
- 濃縮部として利用される棚段塔部或いは充填塔部を有する濃縮塔と、
前記濃縮塔から見て上方に配置され、回収部として利用される棚段塔部或いは充填塔部を有する回収塔と、
前記回収塔の塔頂部と前記濃縮塔の塔底部を連通させる第一の配管と、
前記第一の配管に設置され、前記回収塔の塔頂部からの蒸気を圧縮して前記濃縮塔の塔底部に送るコンプレッサーと、
前記濃縮塔の所定の段に配置された熱交換器と、
前記回収塔の所定の段に配置され、該所定の段から一部の液を塔外部へ抜き出す液抜き部と、
前記液抜き部からの液を前記熱交換器へ導入する第二の配管と、
前記第二の配管を経由して前記熱交換器へ導入された後に該熱交換器より流出する流体を前記回収部の前記液抜き部の直下の段へ導入する第三の配管と、
を備えた熱交換型蒸留装置において、
前記回収塔の塔底部の空間と前記濃縮塔の塔頂部の空間を横方向に仕切る縦方向に延びる縦仕切り壁と、前記縦仕切り壁の両端に連結され、前記回収塔の塔底部の空間と前記濃縮塔の塔頂部の空間を縦方向に仕切る、互いに反対方向に横方向に延びる2つの横仕切り壁と、を有していることを特徴とする熱交換型蒸留装置。 - 前記回収塔の塔頂部に、及び/又は、前記棚段塔部或いは充填塔部の所定の段に原料を供給する原料供給配管をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記濃縮塔の塔底部に溜まった液を前記原料供給配管へ圧送するためのポンプ及び配管をさらに備えた、請求項2に記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記回収塔の塔底部の外側には該塔底部内の液を加熱するリボイラーを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記濃縮塔の塔頂部の外側には該塔頂部内の蒸気を冷却するコンデンサーを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
