固体含有率の上昇時の軟化温度の引き下げは、重合体添加剤、例えばワックスの添加により、又は別の低融点のプラスチックマトリクスの使用により生じる。

基板温度の制御を達成するためには、基板に温度センサが対応配置されており、加熱エレメント及び/又は搬送システムが、温度センサにより表示された信号に関連した制御により制御可能になっていてよい。
Claims (16)
- 印刷装置であって、電子写真式の印刷機構(30)が設けられており、該印刷機構(30)に、転写ゾーンで基板(13)にトナー粉末を転写するための転写媒体(34)が対応配置されており、基板(13)が、搬送システム(10)によって転写ゾーンを通って案内可能になっており、基板(13)の搬送方向で見て、1つ又は複数の加熱エレメント(24)が、転写媒体(34)の前に配置されており、これにより、前記加熱エレメント(24)の加熱能力が、基板(13)の表面に向けられており、前記基板(13)の表面を一様に80℃から200℃までの範囲の温度に加熱するようになっており、転写媒体(34)に沿って転動する、流体により冷却された1つ又は複数の接触ローラを備え、且つ/又は転写媒体(34)の表面に温度調整された気流を吹き付ける冷却装置(35)が、転写媒体(34)の搬送方向で見て転写ゾーンの後及び印刷機構(30)の光伝導体(32)の前において、転写媒体(34)を冷却可能に、転写媒体(34)に対応配置されており、該冷却装置は、転写媒体(34)から熱エネルギを除去して、基板(13)により形成された転写ゾーンにおける転写媒体(34)の少なくとも接触表面の範囲が、基板(13)の表面よりも低い温度になるように転写媒体(34)を冷却すると共に、転写媒体(34)が前記トナー粉末と反応することがない温度になるように転写媒体(34)を冷却することを特徴とする、印刷装置。
- 冷却装置(35)が、転写媒体(34)の温度を、温度≦60℃まで冷却する、請求項1記載の印刷装置。
- 冷却装置(35)が、転写媒体(34)の温度を、温度≦40℃まで冷却する、請求項1又は2記載の印刷装置。
- 1つ又は複数のコロナ部(12)により、転写ゾーンにおけるトナー転写が制御可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 基板(13)が、導電性の支持体に載置されており、該支持体がトナーの電荷に対して逆の符号により帯電されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 基板(13)が、搬送システム(10)によって、転写媒体(34)に沿って、該転写媒体(34)の周速に対して同期的に通過運動せしめられ、前記搬送システム(10)において、転写手段(34)に対して、トナーの電荷に対して逆の電圧が印加されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 転写媒体(34)の、トナー粉末を収容する表面に、付着防止層(34.3)が設けられており、該付着防止層(34.3)が、15mN/m〜30mN/mまでの表面エネルギを有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 基板(13)が、赤外線ヒータとして形成された1つ又は複数の加熱エレメント及び/又は熱気ブロワの形で形成された加熱エレメント及び又は火炎処理により熱エネルギを負荷可能になっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 印刷を施したい基板(13)が、前置された温度調整プロセスで、必要な温度に加熱される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 基板(13)の表面温度が、少なくとも部分的には100℃〜170℃までである、請求項1記載の印刷装置。
- 基板(13)に、温度センサ(21)が対応配置されており、加熱エレメント(24)及び/又は搬送システム(10)が、制御装置(23)により、温度センサ(21)により表示された信号に関連して制御可能である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 印刷幅全体にわたって、複数の温度センサ(21)が配置されており、それぞれの温度センサ(21)に、少なくともそれぞれ1つの加熱エレメント(24)が対応配置されており、印刷幅にわたる加熱出力が、ゾーンの内部で独立して調整することができる、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 温度センサ(21)が、高温計である、請求項12記載の印刷装置。
- 転写媒体(34)が、転写ローラ又は転写ベルトの形で形成されており、該転写ローラ又は転写ベルトが、冷却装置(35)の、少なくとも一部を有している、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
- 転写ローラの形で形成された転写媒体(34)が、空気内部冷却装置を有している、請求項14記載の印刷装置。
- 冷却装置(35)が、転写媒体(34)の搬送方向で見て転写ゾーンの後及び印刷機構(30)の光伝導体(32)の前に、転写媒体から熱エネルギを除去する、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の印刷装置。
