Claims (7)
- 軸線から離間した一対の凸面をもつスオッシュブロック及びスオッシュブロックの凸面を受ける係合対の軸線から離間した凹面をもつサドルを有し、前記係合凸面と凹面との間に軸受材料を備えた可変変位軸ピストンポンプ用サドル軸受ライナーにおいて、一方の対の係合凹面と凸面の間の軸受材料が他方の対の係合凹面と凸面の間の軸受材料と一体であり、前記軸受材料と同じ材料の中央部分が前記二対の係合凹面と凸面の間にある軸受材料と接合しかつ一体であり、中央部分の外面が前記二対の係合凹面と凸面の間にある軸受材料の隣接した面から円弧状にオフセットされ、前記オフセットした外面が前記軸受けライナーのサドル側に位置し、前記サドルの凹面内に嵌合し、また前記オフセットした外面と前記軸受材料の隣接面との間に少なくとも一つの棚部が形成され、前記棚部がサドルの表面に係合して前記サドルの前記凹面の軸線に対して前記軸受材料の傾斜を防止することを特徴とするサドル軸受ライナー。
- 前記二つの棚部が前記中央部分の前記軸受材料の各側に一つずつ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサドル軸受ライナー。
- 前記軸受材料の少なくとも一つの面が前記面から外周方向に突出して前記サドルの凹部に嵌合する突起部を備えており、前記軸受材料がサドルに対して回転しないように固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサドル軸受ライナー。
- 前記突起部が前記軸受材料の凸面から突出していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のサドル軸受ライナー。
- 前記突起部が前記軸受材料の凹状摺動面と反対側の前記凸面から突出していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のサドル軸受ライナー。
- 前記突起部が中空であり、かつライナーの前記摺動凹面に開いており、摺動凹面がポンプによって発生される正圧に応動することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のサドル軸受ライナー。
- 前記凹部は加圧流体が導入されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のサドル軸受ライナー。
