Claims (7)
- 改質触媒を有し、該改質触媒を用いた改質反応により原料から水素含有ガスを生成する改質器と、変成触媒を有し、該変成触媒を用いた変成反応により前記水素含有ガス中の一酸化炭素を低減する変成器と、前記変成器の温度を検出する第1温度検出器とを有する水素生成装置と、
前記水素生成装置から送出される前記水素含有ガスを用いて発電する燃料電池と、
制御器と、を備え、
前記制御器は、少なくとも前記第1温度検出器で検出される前記変成器の温度が、安定判別温度以上でなければ、前記水素生成装置から前記燃料電池への前記水素含有ガスの送出を開始しないように構成されている、燃料電池システムであって、
前記安定判別温度は、通常運転での前記変成器の制御温度よりも低く、
前記制御器は、前記燃料電池システムの運転停止期間に応じて、前記安定判別温度を変更するように構成されている、燃料電池システム。 - 前記運転停止期間に対応した前記安定判別温度を記憶するための記憶器を備え、
前記制御器は、前記運転停止期間を判定した後、前記安定判別温度を、前記記憶器に記憶された前記運転停止期間と前記安定判別温度との対応関係に基づき前記判定された前記運転停止期間に対応する前記安定判別温度に変更するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記変成触媒は銅または亜鉛を含むように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記改質器の温度を検出する第2温度検出器を備え、
前記制御器は、さらに、前記第2温度検出器で検出される前記改質器の温度が、改質動作温度以上でなければ、前記水素生成装置から前記燃料電池への前記水素含有ガスの送出を開始しないように構成されている、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記安定判別温度は、前記水素含有ガス中の一酸化炭素濃度を前記燃料電池に供給可能な上限濃度以下に前記変成器で低減可能な温度である、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御温度は、前記水素含有ガス中の一酸化炭素濃度を前記燃料電池に供給可能な上限濃度以下に前記変成器で低減可能な温度範囲の高温側1/3の温度であり、前記安定判別温度は、前記温度範囲の高温側1/3を除く低温側の温度である、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御温度は、前記水素含有ガス中の一酸化炭素濃度を前記燃料電池に供給可能な上限濃度以下に前記変成器で低減可能な温度範囲の、前記一酸化炭素濃度が極小となる温度よりも高温側であり、前記安定判別温度は、前記極小となる温度よりも低温側である、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
