Description
Claims (5)
- 一次側スイッチと補助巻線を有する変圧器とを有する一次制御スイッチモード電源ユニットの二次側出力電流を、コンデンサの充電開始後の充電時の電圧に基づいて決定される前記一次側スイッチのスイッチング周波数により制御する制御方法であって、
前記補助巻線により補助電圧を誘導し、
前記補助電圧のイメージを構成する電流を生成し、
前記コンデンサを、前記一次側スイッチがオンされるタイミングを基準として定められたタイミングに開始される前記コンデンサの充電が前記補助電圧に応じた速さとなるよう前記電流で充電することにより、前記スイッチング周波数を調節し、
前記コンデンサに両端にかかる電圧が、第一の所定の閾値に達した場合、前記一次側スイッチをオンし、
前記コンデンサの両端にかかる電圧が、前記第一の閾値より高い第二の閾値に達した場合、前記一次側スイッチをオフする制御方法。 - 前記コンデンサの両端にかかる電圧が前記第一の閾値に達した場合、生成される前記電流を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一次側スイッチと補助電圧を誘導する補助巻線を有する変圧器とを有する一次制御スイッチモード電源ユニットの二次側出力電流を制御する制御装置であって、
前記一次側スイッチのスイッチング周波数を充電開始後の充電時の電圧に基づいて決定するコンデンサと、
前記補助電圧のイメージを構成する電流を生成して、前記コンデンサを、前記一次側スイッチがオンされるタイミングを基準として定められたタイミングに開始される前記コンデンサの充電が前記補助電圧に応じた速さとなるよう前記電流で充電することにより、前記スイッチング周波数を調節する電流源と、
前記コンデンサの両端にかかる電圧を第一の閾値と比較する制御コンパレータと、
前記コンデンサの両端にかかる電圧を前記第一の閾値より高い第二の閾値と比較する過電圧保護回路とを有し、
前記制御コンパレータは、前記コンデンサの両端にかかる電圧が、前記第一の閾値に達した場合、前記一次側スイッチをオンするスイッチオン信号を発生させるよう設計され、
前記過電圧保護回路は、前記コンデンサの両端にかかる電圧が、前記第二の閾値に達した場合、前記一次側スイッチをオフするスイッチオフ信号を発生させるよう設定されている制御装置。 - 前記電流源が、前記コンデンサの両端にかかる電圧が前記第一の閾値に達したとき生成する前記電流を減少するよう設計されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 請求項3または請求項4に記載の制御装置を備えたスイッチモード電源ユニット。
